Safety garment with integrated earplugs
A safety garment with integrated earplugs designed to provide both hearing protection and high-visibility in a single garment. The safety garment with integrated earplugs includes a garment, such as a vest or sweatshirt, designed to enclose a user's torso, with a neck aperture along a top end designed to receive a head and neck therethrough and a pair of arm apertures on opposing sides, with each arm aperture designed to receive an arm therethrough. A reflective material is disposed along an exterior surface of the garment, such that the garment qualifies as a high-visibility safety garment. Additionally, a cord having a pair of opposing ends is affixed to the garment and an earplug is affixed to each end of the cord. In this way, a user is able to wear a single garment that provides both high visibility to the user and has hearing protection attached.
Garment with cell phone pockets
This invention is directed toward a garment that is comfortable to wear andcan safely, with easy accessibility, securely store a cell phone and other important items. A preferred embodiment of the invention is a pair of shorts, with an elasticized waistband that can be tightened by a non-elasticized drawstring cord. There is a seamless, knitted inner layer similar to boy short style underwear. This seamless, knitted boy short style underwear inner layer provides comfort to the user. Two vertical side hip interior pockets are sewn to the inner layer at the outside of the seamless, knitted boy short underwear at the hips of the user, making it comfortablefor a user to carry a cell phone and/or other items. The shorts have a thin line of reflective fabric on the seams and hem of the shorts, providing safety for the user.
Shoe lace lock and system and method for lacing shoes
A cord lock device is provided, which includes a body having first and second faces, with a cord passage extending through the body between the first and second faces. First and second grip channels are formed in the first face and have respective first ends adjacent to the cord passage and second ends extending away from the cord passage. Each of the grip channels has a pair of grip teeth facing each other on opposite sides of the respective grip channel, ridges of the pairs of grip teeth extending from the first face toward the second face at an angle such that at the first face, the ridges are furthest from the cord passage, while at a point closest to the second face, the ridges are closest to the cord passage.
Hood apparatus
The invention relates to fancy goods for hooded wearing apparel and, more particularly, to a spring or expanding band for alternatively holding or clenching the opening of a hood of hooded wearing apparel to a set shape.
Article of Apparel
An article of clothing includes a torso portion, a first sleeve, and a second sleeve. The first sleeve is coupled to the first side of the torso portion. The second sleeve is coupled to the second side of the torso portion. The torso portion includes a plurality of resilient bands, one disposed diagonally on the front of the torso portion, and two diagonally disposed on the rear of the torso portion such that the two bands intersect one another. The first sleeve and the second sleeve each also include a resilient band. The front band of the torso and one of the rear bands of the torso may have a first modulus of elasticity. The second rear band of the torso and the band of the first sleeve may have a second modulus of elasticity. The band of the second sleeve may have a third modulus of elasticity.
Garment for shaping the female buttocks and hips, in particular a sports garment for dance or gymnastics
Sports garment for shaping female buttocks and hips, including: rear part covering buttocks except their upper terminal portion, front part at least partially covering the abdomen, and waist part covering at least buttocks terminal upper portion. The rear part includes two rear elements; each including: first portions to cover: buttocks lower terminal portion, buttocks lateral portion, and hips portion; and second portions to cover: buttocks central portion and lower central portion at the garment rear fork. The rear part includes an insert increasing elastic modulus and/or tenacity of the rear part first portions relative to second portions. Lateral edges of two rear part rear elements connect along a central rear seam positioned on the buttocks intergluteal cleft; before sewing together, the lateral edges have rectilinear shape in plan view, facilitating seam insertion into the intergluteal cleft and adherence of the two elements to buttocks when wearing pants.
Garment for containing moisture compositions

Aspects herein relate to a waistband construct designed to provide support to a torso area of a wearer and more specifically, a mid to lower torso area of a human wearer, (i.e. a pelvic area of a wearer.) The waistband construct in accordance herein may have a multiple modulus of elasticity construction with at least one variation in modulus of elasticity along a circumference of the waistband construct. For example, the waistband construct in accordance with aspects herein may have a first portion having a first modulus of elasticity and a second portion having a second modulus of elasticity, where at least the portion having the higher modulus of elasticity may have a multiple layer construction for providing an effective support mechanism to at least a portion of the mid to lower torso area of the wearer.
SHIRT WITH REDUCED RIDE
The invention is directed to a shirt having reduced ride despite the significant activity of the wearer that includes a sleeve having a gusset and the back of the shirt is a yokeless back, i.e., free of a horizontal seam crossing the back slightly below the neck line, and the fabric of the shirt is a bi-stretch woven fabric.
