A hooded garment can include a torso section extending from a waist region to a neck region, where the torso section includes a chest region and a back region. The hooded garment includes a hood extending upward from the neck region and having a front opening, a right sleeve extending from a right shoulder region of the right torso region and having a first wrist opening, and a left sleeve extending from a left shoulder region of the left torso region and having a second wrist opening.

A personal tactical system including a ballistic load-bearing garment, a pouch with one or more batteries enclosed in the pouch, an electronic processor, a communication device, and at least one camera. The camera is incorporated into or removably attachable to the load-bearing garment, the pouch is removably attachable to the load-bearing garment and the one or more batteries are operable to power the camera and communication device. The processor runs image recognition software operable to identify approaching objects and alert the user. A plurality of personal tactical systems is operable to form an ad hoc network to share images and other information for determining object direction, location, and movement.

A women's one-piece bathing suit garment includes a bodice panel and an underwear portion. The bodice panel has a vertically placed connection mechanism which forms the torso of the garment. The underwear portion includes a plurality of waistband panels, a front panel, and a primary panel. The front of the bodice panel extends below waist-level to form the plurality of waistband panels. The primary panel forms the rear of the underwear portion of the garment. The primary panel is connected to the plurality of waistband panels via continuous pieces of material forming the leg openings of the garment. The primary panel is connected to the front panel to form a crotch of the garment. A fastener in the form of a clasp, a snap, a zipper, a metal retainer pair, a hook and loop fastener, or a button and hole fastener permits attachment of a wraparound portion to a wearer's body of the short, inverted garment.
