Ozone Cell Power Supply Apparatus and Method
The present invention generally includes an ozone generation system with a power supply that measures the rate of energy delivered to the ozone generation cell. While changing voltage, frequency or current will likely affect the rate of energy delivery, current, frequency and voltage provide a very poor and unreliable control for an ozone generation cell. It is only through control of the rate of energy delivery that consistent, reliable ozone generation is possible. Based upon the measurements of the rate of energy delivery as measured at the ozone generation cell, compared to the rate of energy delivery supplied, the rate of energy delivery supplied can be adjusted to improve ozone production and control.
Ozone Gas Generator and Method for Manufacturing Ozone Gas Generator
This ozone gas generator includes a pair of electrodes disposed at a predetermined interval to face each other, a pair of dielectrics provided on surfaces of the pair of electrodes that face each other, respectively, and a functional film provided on at least one of surfaces of the pair of dielectrics that face each other. The functional film contains a crystalline compound of a titanium oxide and a niobium oxide.
ENVIRONMENTAL SANITIZER AND ODOR REMOVER FOR PURIFICATION OF FOODS, SURFACES, AIR AND WATER WITH DISPOSABLE OZONE GENERATION ELECTRODE, PRESSURE/FLOW ADAPTABLE VENTURI INJECTOR AND AQUEOUS PHASE FILTER DEVICE
A dielectric assembly for generating ozone includes a positive electrode, a negative electrode, a dielectric for generating the ozone, and a knob adapted to extend outside of a housing into which the dielectric assembly is to be placed. A system is also provided for sanitizing and deodorizing water, food, surfaces and air including a microbiological reduction filter device having an input connected to a water supply, a venturi injector disposed within a housing and connected to an output of the microbiological reduction filter device which generates ozone and mixes the generated ozone with the water, and an electrode assembly comprising a plurality of electrodes, a dielectric for generating the ozone, and a knob extending outside of the housing. The dielectric in a first embodiment and the entire dielectric assembly in a second embodiment can be removed from the housing and replaced in its entirety by the knob.
