Glove or handwear closure and tightening system for improved fit to a user's hand
The present invention relates to handwear or a glove to be worn on a user's hand. More particularly, the present invention relates to methods, systems, devices, and mechanisms for securing handwear or a glove to a user's hand. Even more particularly, the present invention relates to methods, systems, devices and mechanisms to create a custom fit of the handwear or glove to the user's hand in multiple dimensions or directions. The invention further relates to various types of fasteners and configurations adapted to create a multiple-dimension or multiple-direction custom fit securing the handwear or glove to the user's hand.
GARMENT FOR FACILITATING URINATION
A garment for facilitating urination includes two leg openings, and an access panel between the two leg openings. The access panel extends from a front of the garment to a back of the garment, wherein the access panel is coupled to the front of the garment with an attachment. The garment is configurable between an initial, closed configuration and a second, open configuration in which the access panel is at least partially detached from the garment.
INFUSION FRIENDLY SWEATER DONNABLE WITH MEDICAL ATTACHMENTS
A comfort, infusion-friendly, sweater supplements existing attire of a wearer and accommodates pre-existing medical attachments. The sweater includes a first arm portion with top and bottom plackets extending lengthwise from a collar portion to a wrist portion, plackets having fasteners and mating fasteners. The sweater has a first front portion connected to the first arm portion, a second arm portion, a second front portion and a back. A collar pull tab, having a pull fastener, extends outward near the collar. A mating fastener is on the collar portion or the back portion. Engaging the first arm fasteners and mating fasteners dons the sweater over the existing attire of the wearer, without disruption the medical connections. Based on the plackets and pull tab(s), a wearer can single-handedly don and remove the sweater, adding self-sufficient comfort with a medical procedure.
MULTI-FUNCTIONAL CARDIGAN AND METHOD OF USE
A multi-functional cardigan that can be worn with or without baby and is meant to help free up a mother's hand by helping hold newborn babies upright, especially those with acid reflux or colic. The cardigan's main utility is its support for helping mothers hold newborn babies upright after each feeding through its connectors and draped ends. Elastic connectors on each of the cardigan's front draped ends connect each side of the cardigan around the baby by looping the elastic around a shank button located on the inside and outside of the cardigan's side seams. The intentional long draped ends tuck up, under and around the baby, securing the baby to the mother's body. The draped ends help to hide postpartum belly, act as a blanket or buffer from the public while the mother breastfeeds, and to support the mother when burping the baby.
Bathing suit
A separable bathing suit top comprising: at least one top-central part, and a first top-piece and a second top-piece;
the second top-piece attached or reversibly attachable to the first top-piece;
each top-piece independently reversibly attachable to a top-central part wherein the at least one top-central part, first top-piece and second top-piece have matching colors, and, optionally, patterns, such that the first top-piece and second top-piece, when attached to the at least one top-central part, are essentially visually indistinguishable from the at least one top-central part.
Knee pad device
A knee pad support frame that is a molded component having an upper section and lower section that are coupled together by a flexible connector. The upper section has a knee pocket shape and both the upper and lower sections have ribbing to provide the necessary strength and rigidity. Additional molded components are provided for attaching the frame to the other knee pad components such as a cushion, cover and securing strap.
LACING SYSTEM FOR CLOTHING AND FOOTWEAR
A lacing system for clothing or footwear is disclosed, having one or more laces, wherein the laces have at least part of at least one non-smooth surface and which are rotated in the path between a closing flap and the other of the garment or of the upper of the shoe, so as to maintain a parallel and adherent relationship to each other. A kit for obtaining a lacing system to be applied to a garment or to a shoe is also disclosed.
Utility garment
A utility garment has a front garment portion adapted for positioning at a wearer's chest, a rear garment portion adapted for positioning at a wearer's back, the front portion and rear portion being removably detachable at a plurality of attachment facilities, each attachment facility including a front facility portion connected to the front garment portion and a rear facility portion connected to the rear garment portion, at least a first one of the front facility portion and the rear facility portion comprising first and second bodies, the first body defining a first cable passage and the second body defining a second cable passage, the first cable passage and the second cable passage being registered with each other and adapted to receive a single cable, and the first body and second body being spaced apart from each other to define a latch receptacle space.
OUTERWEAR HAVING ENHANCED HOOD
The present application provides a garment that includes: a sleeve, a cuff, a retainer, and a sleeve lining attached at one end thereof at a proximal end of the sleeve, the sleeve lining extendible outward sufficient to cover at least a portion of a wearer's hand and retractable inward at a distal end of the sleeve; the retainer having a first end attached at the distal end of the sleeve to the sleeve and the sleeve lining, wherein the retainer is configured to limit at least the retractable inward movement of the sleeve lining; the cuff is located at the distal end of the sleeve lining and comprises a padding removably coupled to the cuff at a location proximate to the wearer's palm.
HOOD WITH CAP-SECURING SYSTEM
A piece of apparel comprises a hooded garment, a cap having a front, and a securing system associated with the hood of the hooded garment. The securing system comprises a band that contacts the front of the cap and secures the cap to a wearer's head when the hood is up and that secures the cap within the hood with the hood is down. The band extends from one side of the interior of the hood, across the front of the cap and to the other side of the interior of the hood. The band can comprise an elastic portion so that the band compresses the front of the cap when in use.
