INDUSTRIAL GLOVE COATED WITH POLYUREA RESIN COMPOSITION AND SILICONE RESIN, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
Industrial glove coated with polyurea resin composition and silicone resin, and a method of manufacturing the industrial glove are provided. The industrial glove comprises: a glove; a first coating film disposed on the glove and comprising a polyurea resin; and a second coating film disposed on the first coating film and comprising a silicone resin, wherein the first coating film comprises: an inner film layer formed such that an inner skin of the glove is partially impregnated with at least a part of the polyurea resin, but the at least a part of the polyurea resin does not permeate into an inner surface of the glove; and a coating layer formed of the remainder of the polyurea resin on an outer surface of the glove.
GARMENT AND MANUFACTURING METHOD
Garment and manufacturing method, describes a one size garment (1) for different sizes of women or men, made of a fabric comprising at least a natural non-elastic fibre material, a first synthetic fibre material and a second elastic synthetic fibre material, these synthetic fibres being covered by polyurethane and polyethylene, having chain stitch seams (3) using 100% polyester thread (4) in which are also stretchy, which join together the different pieces (2) to form the garment; and in that said garment (1) has a distressed look in certain areas of the material. The manufacture thereof comprises making, by hand or machine, using round point needles and a subsequent wash process in two phases, in which an emulsion to protect the elastic fibres is added.
TEXTILE PRODUCT HAVING LATENT IMAGE THAT SLOWLY APPEARS FOLLOWING REPEATED WASHINGS
A textile product is disclosed having a latent image created from water-based ink which is applied using a screen printing process. The image is thereafter hidden underneath a second image created from a plasticizing emulsion such as plastisol ink which is partially cured. The partial cure causes a portion of the plasticizing emulsion to be removed from the textile product during washing and after repeated washings, the latent image becomes revealed.
Sealing sleeve for waterproof garments
A waterproof garment is provided that includes a waterproof garment textile defining a garment opening, and a sealing sleeve joined at the garment opening. The sealing sleeve includes a substantially waterproof textile composite in the form of a tube extending between (i) a first end having a first opening and configured to fit tightly around a wearers body part and (ii) an opposing second end having a second opening and joined to the waterproof garment textile by a seam around the garment opening. The textile composite includes a stretchable textile with a substantially waterproof coating layer applied to the stretchable textile.
GLIDE-ON COATING FOR POLYMERIC GLOVES
Polymeric gloves include a donning-facilitating coating. The donning-facilitating coating facilitates a hand of a user to glide into and out of the glove while either leaving a visible residue on the hand of the user, or not leaving a visible residue on the hand of the user, when the donning-facilitating coating is contacted by the hand of the user.
Heatable garment, fabrics for such garments, and methods of manufacture
The present invention relates to heatable garments, comprising a garment body and a heating pad adhered to at least a portion of the garment body, wherein the heating pad comprises graphene particles dispersed in a polymer matrix material. The invention also provides fabrics for making such garments, and methods of making such garments and fabrics. Also provided are heatable bedding incorporating a heating pad as described above.
ARTICLE COMPRISING A RUBBER-LIKE FILM-BASED ARTICLE FIRMLY FIXED TO A SUBSTRATE
An article includes a substrate, and a film-based article comprising a non-crosslinked thermoplastic rubber. At least a portion of the film-based article is fixed to the substrate. In particular, said portion of the film-based article is firmly fixed to the substrate by heat sealing at a temperature of 190 to 250 C. for at least 1 second, without using a glue, an adhesive coating, or a corona discharge treatment.
Wig grip
In accordance with embodiments of the invention, a wig grip is provided. The wig grip includes an elastomeric body having a hair contact side opposite a wig contact side and a first end opposite a second end. A plurality of hair attachment members disposed along the hair contact side of the elastomeric body. The hair attachment members are operable to attach to the hair of a user. A plurality of grip members is disposed along the wig contact side of the elastomeric body. The grip members are operable to engage and retain an underside of a wig. A fastener is operable to connect said first end of the elastomeric body to said second end of the elastomeric body.
Athletic Glove Strengthened by Applying a Coating Layer
An athletic glove strengthened by applying a coating layer includes: a glove body formed with a palm portion and a plurality of finger sleeve portions, wherein the glove body is interwoven by a plurality of yarns; at least one coating layer applied on each of the finger sleeve portions, wherein the yarns and the coating layer are integrated and at least one first elastic support portion is formed on the finger sleeve portions; and at least one first protective layer, wherein one side thereof is disposed at the front side of the glove body and the other side thereof has an anti-slip buffer layer. Therefore, the glove body of the present invention provides excellent structural strength on the finger sleeve portions or the palm portion, preventing finger knuckles of a user from being injured when the user engages in ball activities, by offsetting impact force and rotational force.
WATER-REPELLENT FABRIC AND WATER-REPELLENT DOWN PRODUCT COMPRISING THE SAME
A method of preparing a water-repellent and moisture-permeable fabric, includes: preparing a water-repellent fabric by: immersing a raw fabric in a non-fluorinated water-repellent emulsion containing a non-fluorinated water repellent and an aqueous blocked polyisocyanate crosslinking agent; and drying and curing the raw fabric, which has been immersed, at a temperature of 150 C. to 200 C.; applying a polyurethane-based moisture-permeable coating liquid to the water-repellent fabric; and drying the water-repellent fabric while increasing a temperature from 100 C. to 150 C.
