Motorcycle Control Pads
A control pad system for a motorcycle has a substantially U-shaped saddle-like unit having a horizontally-disposed upper portion adapted to engage a frame of a motorcycle beneath a seat of the motorcycle, with downward-extending first and second opposite side portions, disposed on each side of the motorcycle frame with the upper portion engaged to the motorcycle frame, and two control pads fashioned from resilient rubber-like material, each having a length, a height and a thickness, one each of the control pads mounted to each of the first and second opposite side portions, such that an outer surface of each control pad is presented outwardly from the motorcycle frame on each side portion. The control pads are positioned in a manner to enable the rider to grip the control pads between the knees, constraining the rider's position forward and rearward on the motorcycle.

PROTECTIVE HAND COVERING
A protective hand covering to be attached to a handlebar includes a shell to cover a portion of the handlebar, with the shell forming a cavity and having a cuff extending therefrom such that a break in the cuff is to be closed to establish a first configuration of the protective hand covering, such that the break in the cuff is to be opened to establish a second configuration of the protective hand covering, and such that the break in the cuff is to be opened and the cuff is to be folded to establish a third configuration of the protective hand covering.
SEAT PAD FOR CYCLING GARMENT
A seat pad for a cycling garment includes a rear portion oriented to align with a buttocks region of a cyclist and an intermediate portion oriented to align with a perineum region of the cyclist, the rear portion being separated into two seat surfaces including a padded area and having an elongated groove extending from one of a front end or a rear end of the seat pad towards the intermediate portion, the elongated groove having a length longer than a width at the respective one of the front end and the rear end of the seat pad. It also relates to a cycling garment including the seat pad.
Jersey
An athletic jersey having at least one sleeve with a shoulder panel and sleeve panel, and a back panel having first and second back panel lateral edges mated and joined to the sleeve panel of the sleeve, and a front panel having first and second front panel side edges mated and joined to the shoulder panel of the sleeve as well as a collar edge mated and joined to the shoulder panel. The jersey has side panels mated and joined between the front panel and back panel, such that the side panel comprises a beam element and an arm element extending from the beam element and having a substantially triangular shape extending from the beam element forward about the triceps of the jersey to form the sleeve in combination with the shoulder panel and sleeve panel, substantially eliminating loose fabric about the wearer's underarm.
HALTER BIB ATHLETIC GARMENT
A halter bib athletic garment is described herein. A halter bib athletic garment may be removed or lowered without removing a jersey by simply pulling a halter strap over the head of a wearer. One or more embodiments of a halter bib allow wearers to more readily urinate or have a bowel movement because the halter bib may be easily lowered or removed. A halter bib athletic garment may include a lower body section, a chamois coupled to the lower body section, and an upper body section. The upper body section comprises a halter strap forming a portion of a loop of a head opening on the upper body section. The halter strap includes two front side portions and a rear side portion positioned between the front side portions. The rear side portion is coupled to the athletic garment only with the front side portions of the halter strap.
Cycling glove
A glove particularly useful for cycling includes a plurality of finger elements a thumb element a dorsal side panel and a palmar side panel. The finger elements cover the fingers the thumb elements cover a thumb the dorsal side panel covers a back or dorsal side of the hand and the palmar side panel covers a palm of the hand. Shock absorbing pads are provided on the palmar side of the glove to extend along opposed sides of the ulnar nerve when in a use condition. Moreover one of the ulnar protective pads is placed generally between the ulnar and the median nerves and thereby off loads the stress on the ulnar nerve in the wrist area of the wearer when a wearer is gripping objects such as the handle bars of a bicycle or the like.
METHOD OF AND SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING A LOW DRAG GARMENT
A method of providing a garment with low aerodynamic drag for an individual person includes providing a database containing data relating to the aerodynamic performance of a plurality of garments when worn by a plurality of persons having different adopted body shapes, determining the adopted body shape of the individual person, and entering data relating to the adopted body shape of the individual person into a computer. The database is interrogated to identify a set of aerodynamic performance data relating to garments worn by a person having a similar adopted body shape to the individual person. The computer compares the aerodynamic performance data of the garments in the identified data set, selects from the identified data set a garment having a relatively low aerodynamic drag, looks up in the database the characteristics of the selected garment, and uses at least some of the characteristics of the selected garment to provide a garment for the individual person.
GLOVES WITH A CUT OUT PORTION AND METHODS TO MANUFACTURE GLOVES WITH A CUT OUT PORTION
Various embodiments of a glove are disclosed. The glove comprises a glove body comprising a dorsal side and a palmar side having a first end and a second end. The glove further comprises a plurality of finger points and a thumb portion extending from the first end and a wrist portion defined at the second end. The wrist portion defines a glove opening in communication with an interior portion defined within the glove body. A reinforcing panel is secured on an outer surface of the glove body between the thumb portion and the wrist portion. A cut out portion defines an opening formed through the reinforcing panel and in communication with the interior portion of the glove body to minimize bunching up of the glove body.
Athletic garment with a pocket for a chamois
