Apparatus and method for soil stabilization
An apparatus for solarization of a volume of soil includes a support structure in the form of a frame having a first opening extending therethrough. The apparatus comprises a lid positionable over the frame, a plurality of walls extending under and away from the frame, and an assembly that redirects solar energy attached over the support structure. The lid and walls form a second opening. During operation the support structure is placed on a section of ground and adjusted for solar energy to be directed toward and through the lid. When placed on the ground, the frame, the lid, the walls and the adjoining ground form an enclosed volume that prevents thermal energy from escaping the enclosed volume while directing the solar energy into the volume via the second opening to heat underlying soil.

Agricultural vehicle having an application boom with improved bonding material
An agricultural vehicle includes a chassis, wheels supporting the chassis for moving the vehicle, an application system supported by the chassis and including a product tank storing a volume of agricultural product for delivery onto an agricultural field, and an application boom configured to deliver the agricultural product to the agricultural field. The application boom includes a boom arm segment having a longitudinal tube, an elongated structure coupled to the longitudinal tube, and an elastomeric bonding material affixing the longitudinal tube and the elongated structure.
DEVICE FOR TREATING SOIL AND METHOD FOR OPERATING SUCH A DEVICE
The invention relates to a device for treating a soil, comprising the following elements: a carrier vehicle having a chassis, a housing with electrical components such as in particular a high-voltage device for generating a high voltage, and high-voltage electrodes for introducing the high voltage into a first soil region. In accordance with the invention, it comprises a measuring device with evaluation electronics for measuring a fault current or a fault voltage between individual elements of the device with respect to one another or between individual elements and an earthing which serves to divert a fault current in a second floor region.
WEED REMOVING TOOL
A weed removing tool includes a tool body and a cover body arranged on an air outlet on the tool body. The cover body is provided with a support frame forming a heat dissipation gap between an opening and an object to be processed during operation. Such a structure prevents the problem that the entire heating object is over-heated to damages because the cover body is coated over the heating object and is not timely removed. In addition, with such a structure, during heating, the force applied by the hands may be reduced by means of the support frame.

SYSTEM CONFIDENCE DISPLAY AND CONTROL FOR MOBILE MACHINES
A mobile agricultural machine includes a sensor that senses a characteristic of the environment in which the mobile agricultural machine is operating and generates a sensor signal indicative of the characteristic. The mobile agricultural machine also accesses a data store having stored data indicative of characteristics that can affect an ability of the mobile agricultural machine to perform an operation. Further, the mobile agricultural machine includes a confidence system configured to receive the stored data and generate a confidence level value indicative of a confidence in the ability of the mobile agricultural machine to perform the operation based on the stored data; and an action signal generator configured to generate an action signal to control an action of the mobile agricultural machine based on the confidence level value.
Container for fluid
A container for fluid, including a container housing, a button atop the container housing, an overcap at least partially enclosing the button, the overcap having an orifice to allow flow of the fluid and an aperture for facilitating actuation of the button, the overcap further having a projecting member, and a fitting member disposed at least partially circumferentially about the container.
Methods and apparatus for efficient material application
Methods, apparatus, systems and articles of manufacture are disclosed for efficient material application. An example landscape treatment apparatus includes a main carrier tank to store a solvent, a concentrate tank to store a solute, and a first mix tank to receive the solvent and the solute as a first mixture. The example apparatus further includes a second mix tank to receive the solvent and the solute as a second mixture, where the first mix tank is to receive the solvent and the solute in alternation with the second mix tank receiving the solvent and the solute. The example apparatus also includes a boom to apply the first mixture and the second mixture to a landscape via a plurality of nozzles, where the boom is to apply the first mixture and the second mixture in alternation.
COLLABORATIVE ROBOT NETWORK WITH HYBRID ELECTRO-MECHANICAL PLANT MANAGEMENT METHODS
An autonomous ground vehicle for agricultural plant and soil management operations. According to some embodiments, autonomous ground vehicle includes: a camera unit configured to generate images of agricultural ground soil and plant organisms, a first mechanical arm having an end effector comprising a hoe portion and an electrode portion, a second mechanical arm having an end effector comprising an electrode portion, a high voltage booster electrically connected to the electrode portions, an electronic memory storage medium comprising computer-executable instructions; one or more processors in electronic communication with the electronic memory storage medium, configured to execute the computer-executable instructions stored in an electronic memory storage medium for implementing a plant species control management operation comprising electrical control and mechanical control options.
