Systems and methods for providing an electrolytic cell that produces conditioned electrolyzed water
The present invention relates to systems and methods for cleaning materials, such as flooring and upholstery. In some cases, the systems and methods use an electrolytic cell to electrolyze a solution comprising sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate, sodium acetate, sodium percarbonate, potassium carbonate, potassium bicarbonate, and/or any other suitable chemical to generate electrolyzed alkaline water and/or electrolyzed oxidizing water. In some cases, the cell comprises a recirculation loop that recirculates anolyte through an anode compartment of the cell. In some cases, the cell further comprises a senor and a processor, where the processor is configured to automatically change an operation of the cell, based on a reading from the sensor. In some cases, a fluid flows past a magnet before entering the cell. In some additional cases, fluid from the cell is conditioned by being split into multiple conduits that run in proximity to each other. Additional implementations are described.
Vital water
By completely removing the gas dissolved in the water, the ultra-high-pressure collision between the water flows is realized. This ultra-high pressure collision not only breaks the hydrogen bond between water molecules, but also breaks the structure of water molecules, making water (H.sub.2O) instantly become H.sup.+, OH.sup.−, O.sup.− ionic state, or even become independent hydrogen atom (H) and oxygen atom (O) states, and then return to the normal water molecule (H.sub.2O) state in an instant. By maintaining high pressurized state (maturity), stabilize the link between above-mentioned original water molecules (H.sub.2O). Through above-mentioned process of instantaneous breaking and instantaneous recovery, every water molecule is caused to become full of activity.

Water dissociation system
A system and method are provided in at least one embodiment to process water to produce gas that can be separated into at least two gas flows using a water treatment system having a disk-pack rotating in it to cause out gassing from the water. In a further embodiment, the method and system use the gas released from the water to produce substantially fresh water from the processed salt water.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PROVIDING ELECTROLYZED WATER
The described systems and methods relate to systems for providing a cleaning solution comprising electrolyzed water. While the cleaning systems can comprise any suitable component, in some cases, they include an electrolytic cell and at least one fluid conditioning system that includes a first conduit and a second conduit that are coupled together and are non-concentric with each other. While the fluid conditioning system can be disposed in any suitable location with respect to the cell, in some cases, the fluid condition system is disposed upstream of the cell to provide fluid that passes through the first and second conduits into the cell. In some cases, the fluid conditioning system is disposed downstream of the cell to receive an electrolyzed water produced by the cell. In some cases, the fluid conditioning system is configured to recirculate electrolyzed oxidizing water through an anode compartment of the cell. Other implementations are described.

METHOD FOR REPAIRING STEM CELLS AND USE THEREOF
The present invention falls within the technical field of cell repair, and specifically relates to a method for repairing stem cells and a use thereof. On the basis of the original invention technology, following improvement, in the present invention, pulse wave-treated water having the function of repairing stem cells is obtained by means of pulse wave-treated water having pulse wave sequences with equal widths and unequal intervals, and the method has additive effects on multiple treated samples. Without influencing cell proliferation, a culture system prepared from the pulse wave-treated water can not only reduce the natural apoptosis effect of human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells (H-MSC), but also can inhibit injury-induced H-MSC apoptosis, and has a cell repair effect.
Method and System for Treating Wastewater
In an embodiment a method for treatment wastewater includes exposing the wastewater to an alternating electromagnetic field in order to remove a content substance from the wastewater and selecting a resonance frequency or a frequency in proximity to the resonance frequency for splitting up and for flocculating the content substance or pails of the content substance.

METHODS FOR PRODUCING ULTRAPURE WATER THAT GENERATES INCREASED CELLULAR PERMEATION
The invention relates to products by processes, product compositions, product formulations and product uses that are all related to reduced ultrapure water cluster sizes in an aqueous composition containing a non-H.sub.2O substance in the reduced size water clusters in order to improve bioavailability of the aqueous composition. The invention processes use higher flow rate of the blended aqueous composition from a jet openings of a nozzle inside the hollow cylinder to reduce sizes of the ultrapure water clusters in the blended aqueous composition of the non-H.sub.2O substance to less than 300 nanometers.
