Uses of melanin in water
Methods for reducing and regulating the acidification of water are provided. The method for reducing the acidification of water includes contacting at least one melanin material with the water and catalyzing a reaction between the water, CO.sub.2 and/or bicarbonate that produces glucose and increases pH of the water. The acidification of water is regulated by removing the at least one melanin material from the water once a desired pH of the water has been attained. The methods for reducing and regulating the acidification of water are particularly suited for the treatment of seawater that has been acidified by naturally occurring or artificially initiated reactions that increase free hydrogen ions in water, for example absorption of atmospheric carbon dioxide.
VORTEX FOUNTAINS AND METHODS OF USE
A fountain has: a water source; a housing; a vortex chamber defined within the housing, the vortex chamber connected to receive water from the water source; a bubble chamber defined within the housing and connected to receive water from the vortex chamber and cause air bubbles to percolate within the bubble chamber; and a water outlet defined in the bubble chamber. Method of altering the existing molecular organization of a liquid or gas using specific linear monopole magnetic fields, designed turbulence and gas or liquid mixing within a regulated flow stream to establish a new molecular composition
A method of using magnetic influence on flow streams of liquids and gases to over excite their atoms, break existing molecular bonds, and from two oppositely charged flow streams cause immediate and permanent bonding of oppositely charged ions to create a new molecular composition. While magnetic influence is predominately responsible for the molecular reorganization produced, induced turbulence disrupts a tendency for laminar flow in the flow streams, creating more chaotic movement and molecule collisions in liquids/gases used and a more complete result. Mixing of the two oppositely charged flow streams is preferred via a venturi. Magnetic influence on flow streams can be applied more than once. Using this method with water having a molecular composition of H.sub.2O in a primary flow stream and ozone gas in a secondary flow stream, and mixing of the oppositely charged flow streams using a venturi, a new molecular composition of H.sub.2O.sub.5 can be created.
NANOCARRIERS FOR THE DELIVERY OF ACTIVE INGREDIENTS
Various embodiments of the present invention relate to, among other things, a nano carrier platform for generating enhanced engineered water nanostructures (iEWNS) encapsulating and delivering reactive oxygen species (ROS) and, in some instances, other active ingredients, methods for inactivating at least one of viruses, bacteria, bacterial spores, and fungi on a substrate by applying iEWNS to the substrate.
Desalination and/or Gas Production System and Method
A system and method are provided in at least one embodiment to process water to produce gas that can be separated into at least two gas flows using a water treatment system having a disk-pack rotating in it to cause out gassing from the water. In a further embodiment, the method and system use the gas released from the water to produce substantially fresh water from the processed salt water.

Process for Making Gemstone Infused Water Using a Perforated Glass Container
A process for making gemstone infused water (also referred to as gemstone elixirs) by placing gemstones into a perforated glass container, and then pouring water into the perforated glass container and over the gemstones. The water comes into contact with the gemstones but does not come into contact with any other material except the glass of the perforated glass container and the glass of the glass collection container. After being poured into the perforated glass container and over the gemstones, the water drains or passes through the perforations located at or near the bottom of the perforated glass container and into the glass collection container where it is then available for consumption or storage. The gemstones can remain inside the perforated glass container for repeated or future use. This sequence of steps can be repeated multiple times for the same batch of water or a new batch of water.
DEVICE FOR PREPARING SMALL MOLECULE WATER
The present invention relates to a device for preparing small molecular water and a dishwasher comprising the same. The device comprises a spiral tube, a metal coil, a hollow cylindrical housing and a circuit board. The spiral tube comprises a spiral tubular body with two ends extending to form a water inlet channel and a water outlet channel. The metal coil defines a first accommodating space to hold the spiral tube. The hollow cylindrical housing defines a second accommodating space inside for the spiral tube and the metal coil assembled in the second accommodating space, and a plurality of magnetic elements are annularly arranged outside the hollow cylindrical housing. The circuit board electrically connected to the metal coil and is capable of controlling water intake and water discharge of the device. Thus, water molecules is magnetized to be transformed into small molecular water cluster and is utilized more efficiently.
Apparatus and process for preparation of small water cluster and small molecular cluster water prepared therefrom
The invention provides an apparatus of treating water to obtain small water cluster, which comprises one or more illumination devices and one or more holders holding metal particles. The invention also provides a method of preparing the small water cluster and the small water cluster prepared from the apparatus or the method.

A water filtration device comprising: a diffusiophoretic water filter having at least one channel having an inlet and an outlet and for receiving a colloidal suspension at the inlet and flowing the colloidal suspension between the inlet and the outlet in a flow direction, the channel being in contact with a diffusiophoretic-inducing membrane.
