WATER IONIZER INCLUDING STACKED ELECTROLYZER AND FLOW SWITCHING DEVICE, WITH INLET BEING SEPARATE FROM OUTLET
A water ionizer includes a stacked electrolyzer and a flow switching device, with an inlet being separate from an outlet. Water entering an input regulator is distributed at a predetermined ratio before being supplied to an electrolyzer module to minimize acidic water to be discarded. Water supplied from the input regulator is directed to pass through the electrolyzer module in a crossing manner to delay flows of water to improve the efficiency of electrolysis. Electrolyzer cells are stacked on and fitted to each other to simplify an assembly process and improve convenience. Electrode plates of the electrolyzer module are fixedly fitted into a frame to facilitate an assembly process and improve a fabrication process. The input regulator and a flow switching output unit are connected via a connecting shaft to synchronize the operations thereof to obtain reliability.
Flow-directing water filter housing, water filter system and method
A flow-directing water filtration system provides a flow of water through a cylindrical filter cartridge that is more uniform by inclusion of multiple water-directing ridges that form channels between them between the inner wall of the housing and an outside wall of the water filter cartridge for directing laminar flow of water along the outside wall of the water filter cartridge to improve distribution of water flow through the water filter cartridge along its length. The ridges may be formed on the inner wall of the housing, may have a half-circular profile and may be helical ridges that spiral along the extent of the cartridge and may taper in profile toward the bottom of the cartridge.
Liquid treatment apparatus
Embodiments of this disclosure provide a liquid treatment apparatus. The liquid treatment apparatus comprises: a housing which is of a cylindrical shape and comprises an accommodating space; an inlet for a liquid to flow into the accommodating space; an outlet for the liquid to flow out of the accommodating space; a treatment medium used for treating the liquid contacting the treatment medium; and a spiral flow-guiding device making the liquid in the accommodating space flow in a spiral direction around an axis of the cylindrical shape at least before contacting the treatment medium or in contacting the treatment medium. An advantage of this disclosure exists in by making the liquid in the liquid treatment apparatus flow in a spiral direction before contacting the treatment medium, natural energy in the liquid is increased, thereby improving a capability of the treatment medium in treating the liquid.
Fluid treatment tank having air blocker
A fluid treatment tank for an aeration filter has an air blocker separating a chamber in fluid communication with a control valve of the filter from a pocket of air above the liquid in the tank and the control valve. The air blocker contains a volume of liquid that acts as a trap that prevents or at least inhibits air in the pocket from backing up into the chamber. Contact between the control valve and air is dramatically reduced. The air blocker may comprise a baffle that directs any air flowing through the air blocker downwardly and then back upwardly before the air can escape the air blocker.
Water Treatment Systems and Methods of Treating Water
A water treatment system includes: a first vessel having adsorbent materials that form a filtering bed; a second vessel in fluid communication with the first vessel and which includes adsorbent materials that form a filtering bed; an underdrain collection system having ring headers formed below the first and second vessel; a liquid control system in fluid communication with the first vessel, the second vessel, and the underdrain collection system; adsorbent material influent lines; water wash-down lines; raw water lines; and adsorbent material effluent lines, each adsorbent material effluent line having an inlet attached to a bottom of the first or second vessel and an outlet that extends out from the first or second vessel and which is positioned above the ring headers of the underdrain collection system.
Water purification device
A device (1) for purification of water driven by gravity through a purification unit between an upper dirt water container (2) and a lower clean water tank (3). A backwash system may be integrated, the system comprising a receptacle (8) for accumulation of the backwash water to prevent consumption thereof by mistake.
WASTE LIQUID TREATING APPARATUS
A waste liquid treating apparatus for purifying a waste liquid discharged from a processing apparatus includes a waste liquid accommodating tank for the waste liquid discharged by the processing apparatus, a spray water seal type pump that sucks a spray together with air in a processing region where a processing unit is disposed, a sealing water reservoir tank that recovers the spray and reserves the spray as a waste liquid, and a waste liquid filter unit that filters that waste liquid and the waste liquid in the waste liquid accommodating tank, to purify the waste liquid into fresh water. A fresh water reservoir tank reserves the fresh water obtained by filtering the waste liquid, and a pure water producing unit purifies the fresh water reserved in the fresh water reservoir tank into pure water. A temperature control unit controls the temperature of the pure water.
INTELLIGENT INDUSTRIAL SEWAGE TREATMENT AIR MACHINE DEVICE
An intelligent industrial sewage treatment air machine device is provided, including a drug delivering mechanism, a mixing mechanism, a pressurized dissolved air flotation mechanism, a stirring mechanism, and a slag scraping mechanism. The drug delivering mechanism is in communication with the mixing mechanism. The mixing mechanism is in communication with the pressurized dissolved air flotation mechanism through a first water pump. The pressurized dissolved air flotation mechanism is in communication with a second water pump through a water pipe. An air compressor is provided on one side of the second water pump, and in communication with a dissolved air tank through the air pipe. The water outlet of the dissolved air tank is in communication with the pressurized dissolved air flotation mechanism through a water pipe, and the water inlet of the dissolved air tank is in communication with a third water pump through a water pipe.
WATER FILTRATION AND RECYCLING SYSTEM
A water filtration and recycling system includes an external machine to collect solid particles and water, a first filter to filter the solid particles from the water to form primary filtered water, a second filter to filter the solid particles from the primary filtered water to form secondary filtered water, and a water tank to store the secondary filtered water, wherein secondary filtered water recycles to the external machine in a closed loop. The water filtration and recycling system includes a recycling machine including a clean tank to hold clean water that cycles through the water filtration and recycling system, a dirty tank to hold dirty water that cycles through the water filtration and recycling system, a dirty water in manifold to direct the water into the dirty manifold, a dirty water out manifold to direct the water out of the dirty manifold, a clean water in manifold to direct the water into the clean manifold, and a clean water out manifold to direct the water out of the clean manifold.
