Spin plate cyclonic filter
A spin filter plate is disclosed. The spin filter may be mounted in any type of separator/filter system used in irrigation system. The spin filter plate enables to create a cyclonic flow of the fluid, independent of the angle the fluid is supplied to the filter system.
Inline vortex demister
An inline vortex demister for removing moisture from an air stream is disclosed. In embodiments, the inline vortex demister includes one or more vortex-inducing structures disposed within a tube. In embodiments, the one or more vortex-inducing structures are configured to induce an air stream with a first moisture content into a vortex flow pattern in order to remove a first volume of moisture from the air stream by causing the first volume of moisture to adsorb to an inner tube surface of the tube. In additional embodiments, the inline vortex demister includes a demister element disposed within the tube, wherein the demister element is configured to remove a second volume of moisture from the air stream.
ION REMOVAL SYSTEM
An ion removal system includes: an electrolysis device configured to generate alkaline water and acid water by electrolysis; a hard water flow path connected to the electrolysis device to supply the electrolysis device with hard water; a batch treatment tank provided in the hard water flow path to store the hard water; a return flow path connected to the batch treatment tank to return the alkaline water or the acid water generated by the electrolysis device to the batch treatment tank; and a fine bubble generation device configured to generate fine bubbles in a circulation flow path including the batch treatment tank, the electrolysis device, and the return flow path, the fine bubble generation device being configured to adsorb and remove metal ions in water by the fine bubbles generated.

An anaerobic digestion system may include a material grinding/pulping portion, a hydrolysis portion arranged downstream of the grinding portion, a multiple chamber anaerobic reactor arranged downstream from the hydrolysis portion and including a gas collection and reintroduction system, a collection system for collecting digestate and gas from the anaerobic reactor.
PHOSPHORUS CONTROL FOR WASTE STREAMS FROM GLYPHOSATE MANUFACTURING PROCESSES
This invention relates to processes for the removal of phosphorous from aqueous waste streams comprising phosphorus-containing compounds produced in the manufacture of glyphosate, in order to meet and typically exceed environmental regulations. More particularly, various embodiments of the present invention relate to the removal of phosphorous-containing compounds utilizing biological treatment system(s), oxidizing agent(s), and/or precipitant(s). The processes of the invention are also applicable to the removal of phosphorous compounds from phosphorous-containing waste streams other than those waste streams resulting from the manufacture of glyphosate.
Fluid separator device
A device for separating and extracting suspended solids and particles from a fluid is shown. The device can include a hydro-cyclonic process unit, a variable geometry vortex process unit, a reverse coalescence and flocculation process unit and a fixed geometry vortices separator process unit. The fluid to be treated can enter the device through a fluid inlet and travel and recirculate through the several process units. The process units can collectively induce vorticose separation of the fluid and separate suspended solids and particles within the fluid. The suspended solids and particles can then be extracted from the device via one or more extraction fluid outlets. After the desired amount of suspended solids and particles has been removed, the processed fluid can be discharged from the device.
Ion removing system
Ion removing system includes primary-side ion removing apparatus that includes primary-side hard water storage part storing hard water and primary-side fine bubble generating part generating and supplying fine bubbles to primary-side hard water storage part and that causes fine bubbles to adsorb first metal ions in hard water in primary-side hard water storage part to remove first metal ions from hard water, secondary-side pH adjustment apparatus increasing pH of hard water from which first metal ions are removed by primary-side ion removing apparatus, and secondary-side ion removing apparatus that includes secondary-side hard water storage part storing hard water having pH increased by secondary-side pH adjustment apparatus and secondary-side fine bubble generating part generating and supplying fine bubbles to secondary-side hard water storage part and that causes fine bubbles to adsorb second metal ions in hard water in secondary-side hard water storage part to remove second metal ions from hard water.
Process for separating undesirable metals
Disclosed herein are processes and systems relating to separation, handling, and disposal of undesirable metals to facilitate recovery of desirable metals, including lithium. Undesirable metals may be precipitated at high pH and separated from a liquid resource to facilitate recovery of the desirable metals. The precipitated undesirable metals may then be redissolved and recombined with the liquid resource for disposal.

In at least one embodiment, the invention provides a retrofit for existing water treatment systems where the retrofit includes a particulate separator with a connection member and a discharge module.
