Process for recovery of lithium from brine
A process for recovery of lithium ions from a lithium-bearing brine includes contacting the lithium-bearing brine with a lithium ion sieve (where that LIS includes an oxide of titanium or niobium) in a first stirred reactor to form a lithium ion complex with the lithium ion sieve, and decomplexing the lithium ion from the lithium ion sieve in a second stirred reactor to form the lithium ion sieve and an acidic lithium salt eluate.
CHEMICAL-AGENT DOSING APPARATUS
A chemical-agent dosing apparatus for dosing a heating system with chemical agent. The apparatus comprises a chemical-agent storage chamber which stores a chemical agent and a dosing device which has a dosing chamber and a driving means. The dosing chamber is fluidly connected with the storage chamber and defines a dosing volume for receiving a dose of chemical agent. The driving means drives fluid from the dosing chamber via the dose outlet.
METHOD FOR REMOVING FLUORIDES AND CHLORIDES FROM DRINKING WATER FOR ENHANCED WATERING OF PLANTS
An improved method for treating ordinary tap water to create an enhanced water composition for watering plants which can remove fluoride and chlorides from the tap water, and finally, to treat the enhanced water composition to provide a preferred pH level that is ideal for growing plants, and particularly medically grown cannabis, in order to enhance the uptake of certain nutrients for these plants.

AERATOR WITH ADDITIVE INJECTOR FOR WASTEWATER PROCESSING
An aerator for treating wastewater is configured to produce air bubbles to mix and circulate wastewater within a treatment facility. Additionally, the aerator is configured to inject additive into the wastewater at the same time as the air bubbles are being produced, so that roiling of the air bubbles and/or circulation induced by the air bubbles rising within the water column facilitates mixing of the additive with the wastewater.
WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM
The present disclosure relates to a water treatment system, methods for treating water, and products for treating water. In certain embodiments, the present disclosure provides a water treatment system, the system comprising: (i) a chemical disinfectant and a flocculating agent, to treat water; and (ii) a deformable container comprising: an opening to receive water for treatment into the container; an internal storage region for holding an amount of water; a partitionable region fluidly partitionable from the internal storage region for separating the flocculating agent upon settling after exposure to water in the container; and an outlet in fluid connection with the internal storage region to remove water from the container.
Resistivity value regulating device and resistivity value regulating method
A resistivity regulating apparatus includes: a gas dissolving device that causes a regulating gas to dissolve in a liquid targeted for resistivity regulation to generate a treated liquid in which the regulating gas is dissolved in the liquid, the regulating gas being used to regulate a resistivity of the liquid; and a buffer tank to which the treated liquid discharged from the gas dissolving device is fed.
Blend for odor control
A method of providing sustained odor control in an extended sewer line is disclosed. The method includes measuring at least one parameter of the sewer line including average wastewater volume, flow rate, and retention time and administering a blended composition which includes an immediate release compound and an extended release compound into the sewer line to control concentration of an odorous compound therein. A method of facilitating sustained odor control in an extended sewer line is also disclosed. The method includes providing the blended composition including the immediate release compound and the extended release compound and instructing a user to administer the blended composition to the sewer line control concentration of the odorous compound therein. A system for providing sustained odor control in the extended sewer line including sensors to measure sewer line parameters and a controller to instruct administration of the blended composition is also disclosed.
