WIG CLIP AND WIG BASE HAVING ATTACHED WIG CLIP
A wig clip having a set of comb teeth movable into and out of engagement with a clamping member on a frame is provided with a layer of fusible solid material on the frame in a quantity sufficient to enable the wig clip to be secured to the net material of a wig base by the application of heat to the layer of solid material. The application of heat causes the solid material to melt so that, when the wig clip is brought into contact with the net material, the fusible material flows through apertures of the net material, and then resolidifies, the wig clip is securely attached to the net material. The preferred fusible solid material is ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer.
WIG APPARATUS INCLUDING MULTIPLE PARTING SECTIONS
A multi-section wig apparatus is provided and includes a first hair section, a second hair section, a third hair section, and a fourth hair section, each configured to have artificial hair coupled to a surface thereof. The multi-section wig apparatus includes lace mesh parting areas disposed between the first hair section, the second hair section, the third hair section, and the fourth hair section. The lace mesh parting areas allow the user to style the artificial hair in multiple different styles according to their preference.
ARTIFICIAL HAIR APPARATUS AND METHOD
An artificial hair apparatus comprises a mesh layer configured to fit around a circumference of a user's head comprising a center member, a first side member, a second side member, a front region and a rear region, wherein the first side member is disposed on an opposite side of the center member than the second side member and a band member configured to fit around a circumference of a user's head, wherein the band member is coupled to the center member, the first side member and the second side member.
Wig Cap
A wig cap. The wig cap includes an annular band including an upper edge, a lower edge, an inner layer, and an outer layer. A crown portion includes a first edge and a second edge, wherein the first edge is connected to the upper edge of the annular band. A mesh portion includes a first edge and a second edge, wherein that the first edge of the mesh portion is connected to the second edge of the crown portion, and the second edge of the mesh portion is connected to the upper edge of the annular band. The mesh portion is configured to contact a rear area and side areas of a wearer's head when worn thereon, and the crown portion is configured to contact a crown area of a wearer's head when worn thereon. The wig cap protects the scalp and hair follicles from wigs and other head coverings.
MULTI-COMPONENT HAIRPIECE
A multicomponent wig utilizes a plurality of base weave members selectively coupled to achieve varying degrees of fullness and or length for a hairpiece wherein the each base weave member can be secured to another base weave member to create a unified base for the wig.
RETAINER FOR LACE HAIRPIECES
An elastic band or any type of strap or device attached to a lace wig, lace wig frontal, or any hair piece that has lace in the front, to hold the lace wig, lace wig frontal, or any hair piece that has lace in the front, in its place thereby flattening the lace against the skin without having to use any glue or tape around the hair line.
Wig Base for Mitigating Distortions adverse to a Hairline Part
A wig base for mitigating distortions adverse to formation of a natural-appearing hairline part is presented. The wig base includes net material, cutout regions, primary clips, and optional secondary clip(s). The net material has exterior and interior surfaces and further forms an anterior portion, a peak, and a bottom opening adapted to fit a human head. The cutout regions are disposed along the net material adjacent to a forehead when placed onto the human head. Each cutout region is defined by net material enclosed by a lower fabric strip and an upper fabric strip. The net material is destructively removable from within the cutout region without damage to other portions of the net material. The natural hairline is formed along the cutout region after removal of the net material. Primary clips are separately attached to the net material along the interior surface adjacent to a leftmost side and a rightmost side about the cutout regions. Each secondary clip is attached to net material between two adjoining cutout regions.
Wig base, wig cap, and wig
Provided are: a wig base or a wig cap, which is capable of improving wearability and fit feeling to the head; and a wig including the wig base or the wig cap. A wig 100 includes a wig base 1 formed into a cap shape capable of covering the entire head from wearer's ears and nape, in which a bag-shaped pad portion 2 is integrally provided on an occipital region 6 of a back surface of this wig base 1. The bag-shaped pad portion 2 is formed into a substantially fan shape having a hollowed lower portion, and an inside of the pad portion 2 is able to be filled with polyurethane foam 8. At least a part of the pad portion 2 is sewn on the back surface of the wig base 1 so as to be located on a nape hollow 9 (a hollowed portion from the occipital region to the nape) of the wearer's occipital region, and is brought into contact with the nape hollow 9.
WIG AND METHODS OF USE THEREOF
A method of installing a wig on the head of a wearer, the wig having a top portion that defines an opening corresponding to the wearer's part, the top portion being composed of a fabric and having wig hairs attached to the top portion. Wig clips attach the wig to the wearer's natural hair on the opposing sides of the wearer's part so that the wearer's natural part is exposed. The wearer's natural hair is not disposed over the fabric at the edges of the opening. Alternatively, a leave-out of the wearers natural hair does not cover the wig hair adjacent to the edges of the opening. The wig hair adjacent to the edges of the opening may be tangled or the installer may tease the wig hairs adjacent to the edges of the opening. The invention is also a wig for application of the method.
Hair Replacement Apparatus and Method of Use
A hair replacement apparatus, system and method of use for hair replacement comprising a user-fitted mold, covering all or a portion of the crown of the user's head, upon which an anchor base is sized wherein the user's own hair acts as additional multiple points of contact to keep the anchor base in place.
