Tower-shape integrated ecological purification device for domestic sewage in small town
The present invention discloses a tower-shape integrated ecological purification device for domestic sewage in a small town. The device includes a water storage and filter pond, a medium reverse osmosis pond, an amphibious biological reaction system, and an aquatic biological reaction system. The amphibious biological reaction system and the aquatic biological reaction system are alternately connected from the top down. The amphibious biological reaction system and the aquatic biological reaction system form an alternating dry and wet, oxidation-reduction compound environment. Plant absorption, biological substrate transformation, aeration, and strengthening medium adsorption are combined to form a multi-stage plant-microbe-animal integrated ecological purification treatment process/device. The present invention achieves the efficient purification and acceptable discharge of domestic sewage in small towns.
Floating hydrophyte planting device
The present invention relates to a floating hydrophyte planting device, comprising a height-adjustable support, a buoyant rope, a planting net rope, a stabilizing rope and hydrophytes. The height-adjustable support comprises a fixed part and a movable part. The fixed part comprises columns and inclined stayed and fixed steel wires. A sawtooth groove is arranged on one side face of the column in the height direction and has multiple notches at different heights. The movable part comprises a twisting pull rod. The twisting pull rod is provided with a cross locking column vertical to the body of the twisting pull rod. The locking column is limited in the notch. After the twisting pull rod is twisted, the cross locking column may separate from the notch; after the twisting pull rod moves in the vertical direction and is twisted again, the cross locking column is limited in another notch.
PHYTO-MEDIATED WASTEWATER TREATMENT BIOREACTOR (PWBR)
A phyto-mediated wastewater treatment bioreactor (PWBR) for treating wastewater effluent and agricultural effluent is disclosed herein. The PWBR is used to clean and remove emerging contaminants from water. These emerging compounds include, but are not limited to, pharmaceutical compounds, steroids and hormones, and industrial and household chemicals. Plants and/or the microorganisms adhering to the plant roots and their growing medium have the ability to take up many of these contaminants and the PWBR maximizes their treatment capability in a given space and time.
Soil-Based Flow-Through Rhizosphere System For Treatment Of Contaminated Water And Soil
A process for constructing a soil-based rhizosphere flow-through system to break down contaminants in contaminated water. The process includes the steps of: providing plants planted in soil in a test bioreactor, the plants providing a rhizosphere; exposing the rhizosphere to the contaminated water, extracting microorganisms from the rhizosphere following their exposure to the contaminated water: preparing a microbial suspension from the extract; subjecting the microbial suspension to growth conditions to increase the concentration of the microorganism, thereby preparing a soil conditioner; adding the soil conditioner to soil in a contained area having a water flow inlet and outlet; and planting a plurality of plants in the soil, the plants being of the same species as the plants of the test bioreactor.
Urban river channel direct purification device
The present disclosure provides an urban river channel direct purification device. The device includes a support wall panel arranged vertically, an upper tray and a lower tray arranged horizontally, an upper end of the support wall panel is connected with the upper tray, a lower end of the support wall panel is connected with the lower tray, the upper tray and the lower tray are respectively semi-circular, several filler biological walls are disposed between the upper tray and the lower tray, a top end of each filler biological wall is fixedly connected with the bottom of the upper tray, a bottom end of each filler biological wall is fixedly connected with the lower tray, and the filler biological wall is arranged along a radial direction of the upper tray/lower tray. The device can purify the water of the river channel through the adsorption material in the device.

Self-cleaning pre-filter for a water circulation pump
A water circulation pump pre-filter unit (PFU). The PFU is submerged and provides structure to camouflage the system to give a natural and aesthetic look. The PFU comprises at least two cleaning systems: (1) biological cleaning mechanism; and (2) an internal self-cleaning mechanism. Specifically, the PFU comprises several filtering surfaces that form a repository for pond debris on which fish and other aquatic creatures feed, i.e., the biological cleaning mechanism. These filtering surfaces of the PFU also provide a protective barrier that prevents large debris from entering the circulation pump. The internal self-cleaning mechanism is a spray wash water source mechanism used to clean the PFU without removing the PFU or fish from the pond or entering the water. Together these features improve the quality of the water in the pond and extend the life of a pump.

System and method for remediation of wastewater including aerobic and electrocoagulation treatment
The present invention relates to a system or method for the remediation of wastewater with a treatment media in tandem with an electrocoagulation system. The system and method also include cleaning elements for cleaning distribution lines within the system and for cleaning the electrocoagulation system.
COMPOSITIONS AND SYSTEMS FOR BINDING NUTRIENTS FROM MOVING BODIES OF WATER
Some embodiments advantageously provide nutrient-binding compositions that include ingredients that have a synergistic effect such that the nutrient-binding composition is capable of removing more nutrients that the individual ingredients added together. In one embodiment, a nutrient-binding composition comprises: a first amount of a nutrient-binding ingredient; and a second amount of a biogenic additive, the first amount being greater than or equal to the second amount. In one aspect of the embodiment, the nutrient-binding composition has a greater nutrient removal capacity from a volume of water than an additive nutrient removal capacity of the first amount of nutrient-binding ingredient and the second amount of biogenic added together.
