Water control system

A water delivery control system operates to selectively deliver water from a water source to water use devices. The system includes at least one controller that wirelessly communicates messages with a portable user device. The system includes a water control valve and a motor that is operative to selectively move at least one valve element of the valve. A water meter is operative to measure water flow that corresponds to flow through the valve. The controller is operable to cause the valve to enable or prevent flow through the valve responsive at least in part to water flow data. The controller is operative to determine a water use condition responsive to a water usage pattern, and to cause at least one message to be sent to the portable user device responsive to the determined water use condition.

WATER TREATMENT AGENT

A water treatment agent containing (a) an inorganic flocculating agent, (b) a polymeric flocculating agent, and (c) a non-swellable aluminosilicate compound with a volume swelling ratio of 120% or less is described. The volume swelling ratio of the component (c) is determined by the following formula: volume swelling ratio (%)=(L1/L2)×100, where L1 represents a volume of the component (c) 24 hours after adding 0.5 g of the component (c) to 50 ml of ion exchange water at 25° C., and L2 represents an apparent volume of 0.5 g of the component (c) in the air.

FLUID RECYCLING UNIT FOR AIRCRAFT

A fluid recycling unit for use on board an aircraft or other passenger transportation vehicle. The fluid recycling unit captures various types of used fluids, filters or otherwise appropriately treats the fluids, and recycles the fluids for various uses onboard the vehicle.

Greywater treatment system

The present inventive concept relates to a water recycling device comprising: an outlet configured to output treated water; a drain for collecting used water output from said outlet; a return/evacuation path in liquid communication with said drain, wherein said return/evacuation path comprises an inlet for receiving water collected by said drain; a return path in liquid communication with said return/evacuation path; a treatment path in liquid communication with said return path and said outlet; an external water path in liquid communication with said treatment path, said external water path being connected to an external water outlet; a valve arrangement configured to accept as inputs used water from said return path and/or external water from said external water path, said valve arrangement being placed between said return path and said treatment path, said valve arrangement being configured to direct said inputs to said treatment path, said valve arrangement being configured to mix said external water with said used water from said return path; a circulation pump for providing a flow in said water recycling device; and a water treatment arrangement placed downstream of said valve arrangement.

Water treatment system

Providing a water treatment system with which it is possible to efficiently share a plurality of water utilization means including a shower, and with which it is possible to use drain water in environments in which it is difficult to secure water. The water treatment system containing shower stalls which, when input water is used by a user, output the used water as drain water, wherein treated water sensors are capable of detecting a given physical amount, or an amount based thereon, pertaining to at least a portion among the water input to each information processing device controlling the shower stalls and the drain water output from each of the shower stalls. An information generation unit generates information pertaining to the use by a user of each of the shower stalls based on at least a portion of the results from the treated water sensors.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MANAGING HOME APPLIANCE WATER USE

A water use management system may be installed in a setting that contains a primary infrastructure for water use to provide an alternate, modular infrastructure for water use. Fresh water used at various points of use, such as a shower or sink, may be diverted into the modular infrastructure prior to draining into the primary infrastructure. Once diverted, the precedent use water is received at a reservoir system where it is treated for a subsequent use. Treatment may include filtration and/or chemical treatment, and may be based upon sensor feedback from the reservoir system. Once treated, the water is ready for subsequent use and may flow from the reservoir system, via the modular infrastructure, to a subsequent point of use, such as a toilet.

Wastewater re-use systems

The present disclosure aims to move water between a plurality of devices and create a cycle for reusing treated water generated by each device. A water treatment system includes a plurality of wastewater treatment machines provided for each source; a plurality of sensors that at least detect and output the water volume and water quality of treated water; tanks that store treated water as recirculation water; an excess water tank/storage tank that store excess water; and a control device that drive-controls the wastewater treatment machines and manages the water volume and water quality of treatment water in each source tank on the basis of sensor data from the sensors. The control device controls replenish shortages by using recirculation water from another source or excess water from an excess water tank, if a determination has been made that there is a shortage of recirculation water in one source, using sensor data.
