Lash extensions and methods of manufacture and use thereof
This disclosure discloses a lash extension comprising: a first hair having a first proximal end and a first distal end; a second hair having a second proximal end and a second distal end; and a base intersecting the first hair between the first proximal end and the first distal end and the second hair between the second proximal end and the second distal end such that a first segment of the first hair extends between the base and the first proximal end and a second segment of the second hair extends between the base and the second proximal end.
Hair extensions, methods of making, and methods of using the same
A hair extension, method for making a hair extension, and method of using a hair extension is provided that is intended to be less noticeable when worn by a wearer or not easily detectable by others if or when exposed. In one embodiment, a plurality of hairs are attached to a second substrate such that the hair extension is less noticeable while in use. In one example, a weft may be attached to the second substrate to add additional volume and/or length of hair and may be covered by a plurality of hairs extending from the second substrate. In another example, a portion of the hairs attached to the second substrate may be folded over a distal edge of the second substrate to make the hair extension less noticeable. Alternatively, a portion of the hairs attached to the second substrate may be crocheted through a wearer's anchor braid and folded over the hair extension to make the hair extension less noticeable.
Packaged synthetic braiding hair
A hair accessory includes bundled synthetic braiding hair. The bundled synthetic braiding hair can include a first bundle of synthetic hair and a second bundle of synthetic hair strands. Other bundles with different lengths can be included as well. The first bundle and the second bundle can have different lengths and can be bundled at a common center, or alternatively can have a common length and can be bundled with their centers offset by a predefined distance. A binder can be coupled about a waist of the bundled synthetic braiding hair. When the bundled synthetic braiding hair is folded about the binder, the different strand lengths work to define a substantially cardioid shaped perimeter of the bundled synthetic braiding hair.
SWATCH
The Swatch is an Educational Beauty Apparatus providing a fabric material that is attached to a synthetic or natural hair extension. The hair extension attached to the fabric is not used as a hair extension to alter appearance but used as a guide in the color consultation process. Each Swatch will vary in different shades of hair color, shades of highlights and low-lights, and act as the precise foil placement. The Swatch will be placed over the guests' head using a wig cap or plastic cap for sanitation purposes. The Swatch can be hand washed and air dried with no heat.
Hair addition
Disclosed herein is a hair addition for adding volume, texture, and density to the side of a user's head and hairline. The hair addition, in one embodiment, includes two or more wires to which wefts of hair are attached. The hair addition further includes one or more double layer portions of hair and one or more single layer portions of hair. In another embodiment, the hair addition includes one or more wires to which wefts of hair are attached. At least some of the wefts of hair are slidable along the one or more wires. The hair addition further includes elastic cordage connecting to the one or more wires one each end of the one or more wires and an intermediate connector connecting the wires and the elastic cordage.
ARTIFICIAL HAIR, ARTIFICIAL HAIR UNIT, ARTIFICIAL HAIR APPLICATION METHOD, AND METHOD OF APPLYING ARTIFICIAL HAIR UNIT
The present invention provides artificial hair, an artificial hair unit, a method of applying artificial hair, and a method of applying an artificial hair unit, in which a fiber bundle does not hang down under its own weight, rises up, and exhibits excellent appearance with extra volume at a root. Also provided is a configuration including a base material, a plurality of fiber bundles, and a fixing thread. In the configuration, the base material may have a first side extending in a first direction. Each of the plurality of fiber bundles includes a plurality of fiber parts and a connecting part, where the connecting part connects a first end side of each of the plurality of fiber parts and extends in a direction different from an extending direction of the plurality of fiber parts, and where the fixing thread attaches a vicinity of the connecting part to the base material.
HAIR EXTENSION APPARATUS
A hair extension apparatus, comprising: a first base member comprising a first front edge, a first rear edge, a first side edge, a first top surface and a first bottom surface; a second base member comprising a second front edge, a second rear edge, a second side edge, a second top surface and a second bottom surface, wherein the second base member is coupled to the first base member; a first artificial hair section comprising artificial hair, wherein the first artificial hair section is coupled to the first top surface of the first base member; a second artificial hair section comprising artificial hair, wherein the second artificial hair section is coupled to the second top surface of the second base member; and a first fastener member coupled to the first side edge on the first bottom surface of the first base member.
Open-top hair cap with fasteners for hair extension
A head covering with a band portion in a shape of a flat strip or loop and a plurality of flat members that are connected to or a part of the band is disclosed. The flat members projects toward a top side of the band. An outer surface of the flat members includes or is made of a material that can be fastened to a certain corresponding type of material. Thereby, the invention provides a foundation for hairpieces having a fastening component that corresponds to a fastening component used in the invention. The flat members as a whole generally cover a scalp of a head but not completely, exposing the scalp through gaps between flat members. Especially, a top portion or a crown of a scalp is generally exposed due to an open-top construction of the head covering. However, as a single hairpiece is fastened to multiple flat members, the hairpiece in turn works to hold the multiple flat members together. When more hairpieces are attached to flat members, the flat members become structurally solid in a shape that conforms to the contour of the scalp. In so doing, hairpieces cover and bridge the gaps between flat members, thereby completely covering a head.
Hand-Tied Hair Weft
Apparatus and associated methods relate to a hand-tied hair weft having at least two hair bundles fixed to three or more thread-like filaments that provide a cortex, where each two adjacent hair bundles are separated by one or more knots formed by the three or more thread-like filaments. In an illustrative example, the two adjacent hair bundles may be separated by, for example, at least two knots. The knots may include overhand knots. By introducing one or one or more knots, the width of the hand-tied hair weft may be customized without the weft shedding or unraveling.
Hair extension apparatus
A hair extension apparatus includes: a first base member comprising a first front edge, a first rear edge, a first side edge, a first top surface and a first bottom surface; a second base member comprising a second front edge, a second rear edge, a second side edge, a second top surface and a second bottom surface, wherein the second base member is coupled to the first base member; a first artificial hair section comprising artificial hair, wherein the first artificial hair section is coupled to the first top surface of the first base member; and a second artificial hair section comprising artificial hair, wherein the second artificial hair section is coupled to the second top surface of the second base member.
