METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR THE REMEDIATION OF AQUATIC FACILITIES
A system and method for controlling the accelerated remediation of the water of an aquatic facility using at least one sanitizer sensor, a pH sensor, a temperature sensor and a chlorine dioxide sensor all interfaced with a programmable controller that is programmed to implement an accelerated remediation cycle and configured to calculate a Ct value of the water chemical feed system. The programmable controller activates a chemical feed system to supply an acid, an oxidizer and a chlorite ion donor to a conduit to form chlorine dioxide that is supplied to the water until a desire Ct value is reached.
INLINE END ENGAGING SYSTEM
A cartridge carrier having a skeleton housing with a cartridge cradle for supporting a cartridge dispenser therein and a connector on the skeleton housing for supporting a further dispensing cartridge outside of the skeleton housing.
INLINE DISPENSER SYSTEM
A dispensing system comprising a housing supporting a first cartridge and a second dispensing cartridge where the first cartridge is positionable in a first compartment of the housing but not in a second compartment of the housing to prevent a change in an axial position of the first cartridge and the second dispensing when a cartridge is replaced in the housing.
Floating Sports Equipment Pool Chlorinating System
A floating sports equipment pool chlorinating system dispenses a sanitizing chemical into a body of water for sanitizing water. The system includes a sports equipment-shaped housing, possibly shaped as a helmet or ball. The housing has an outer and inner shell arranged in a spaced-apart relationship. The space between the shells is filled with a closed-cell extruded polystyrene foam, like Styrofoam, which enables the housing to float. The inner shell forms a cavity that is sized and dimensioned to receive and retain a sanitizing chemical, such as a chlorine tablet. The shell has a top region that forms a slot, a bottom region that forms multiple outlet holes, a front region that forms a front opening. All the slots, holes, and openings are in fluid communication with the cavity. The top region of shell, has a spherical shape sufficiently large to enable wind to carry the housing across the water.
Floating dispenser holder
A floating dispenser holder having a platform supporting a dispensing cartridge in a dispensing condition and a canopy extending over the dispensing cartridge located on the platform.
Swimming pool cleaning device including a removable filter device
Swimming pool cleaning apparatus may include a cleaning unit intended to be immersed in a swimming pool and at least one liquid filter circuit between at least one liquid inlet and at least one liquid outlet via a filter chamber removable from the body of the cleaning unit. The filter chamber may include a cover and a filter basket. The cover may include components for fastening the filter basket and locking the filter chamber to the body of the cleaning unit. The locking component may be releasable and, when released, may cause an extraction handle to be deployed from the filter chamber and urged toward a predetermined position.
Combination ultraviolet ray and ozone water sanitizing unit
A swimming pool water sanitizing unit with an ozone generator and a separate ultraviolet (UV) reactor chamber within the same housing unit. The ozone generator may include a water jacket gap between the ozone generator chamber and the outer casing that passes pool water through the gap for cooling. Either of the ozone generator and the UV reactor chamber may include UV intensity sensors to help predict the life of the UV bulb therein. The UV reactor chamber may include rotating water paddle blades to stir up the water within the chamber for enhanced exposure to the UV light. A diverter valve enables diversion of ozone enriched fluid to the pool pump in addition to the UV reactor chamber.
Pool cleaner with drive motor navigation capabilities
A pool cleaner for cleaning a pool, the pool cleaner may include a filtering element for filtering fluid; at least one sensor for sensing an actual yaw of the pool cleaner and an actual orientation of the pool cleaner; at least one steering element that is configured to move the pool cleaner along a cleaning path, during a cleaning process of segments of multiple sidewalls of the pool; wherein the cleaning path mostly includes substantially horizontal cleaning path segments that have a cleaning path segment yaw that is a substantially horizontal yaw; wherein the certain region is fully submerged; and a controller that is configured to control the at least one steering element, based on the actual yaw of the pool cleaner.
SECONDARY POOL FILTER DEVICE
A secondary pool filter device; the secondary pool filter device includes a secondary filter configured to fit over and removably attach to a return jet of a swimming pool and provide secondary filtration for swimming pools. The secondary filter includes a filter pad and a filter sleeve. The filter pad encases a mesh screen and includes a plurality of layers of filtering material. The filter sleeve includes an open end, a closed end, and a cinch tie for removably securing the secondary filter to a return jet. The open end is configured to receive the filter pad for hosting the filter pad within the filter sleeve. The secondary pool filter device helps maintain cleaner water in swimming pools.
Pool and spa water quality control system and method
A water quality management system for a water installation containing water. In some embodiments, the system has a water quality measurement module adapted to monitor the water quality of the water in the water installation and to send water quality information to a controller; and a chemical dispensing module adapted to dispense at least one chemical directly into the water installation in response to signals from the controller based on a water quality measurement by the water quality measurement module, the chemical dispensing module comprising a reservoir adapted to contain the at least one chemical, a movable dispenser adapted and configured to advance a fixed quantity of the chemical out of the reservoir and into the water of the water installation in response to signals from the controller.
