The invention relates to a method for treating organically contaminated wastewater and/or organically contaminated wet waste, in particular for treating sanitary wastewater (15) in trains. According to the invention, the method comprises the following steps: a) purifying the organically contaminated wastewater and/or the organically contaminated wet waste, in particular the sanitary wastewater (15) in trains, in a bioreactor (20), b) feeding the wastewater (24) at least partially purified in the bioreactor (20) into a conditioning plant (30), c) at least partial phase separation of the partially purified wastewater (24) in the conditioning plant (30), d) obtaining a liquid portion and a solid portion of the at least partially purified wastewater (24).
Aircraft
An aircraft has: an aircraft fuselage, a cabin region formed in the aircraft fuselage, underfloor region separated from the cabin region by a floor partition, and a fresh-water supply system. The fresh-water supply system has a fresh-water provision unit arranged in the underfloor region. The fresh-water supply system has multiple water extraction units which are each arranged in the cabin region, and a water line network branched off from the fresh-water provision unit and extending to the water extraction units. Each water extraction unit has a shut-off valve, a filter unit and a tapping point, which are coupled in series by means of water lines. Each filter unit has an exchangeable water filter with a first filter material designed for filtering particles out of the water flowing through the water filter and with a second filter material designed for softening the water flowing through the water filter.

Also disclosed is a method for carbon negative clean fuel production, including: capturing heat; producing electric energy; separating minerals; filtering seawater; splitting water; refining sand; removing carbon dioxide; and producing hydrides, halides, and silane.
System for Offshore Production of Fuel
A method and system for the offshore production of fuel includes an offshore marine platform on which is mounted an ammonia production unit. The ammonia production unit may produce ammonia utilizing raw materials sourced adjacent the marine platform, including seawater and electricity from offshore wind turbines. The produced ammonia may be subsequently liquified and transported away from the marine platform, or conveyed to a remote location via a seabed pipeline. A portion of the hydrogen produced as part of the ammonia production process may be utilized to operate onboard combustion turbines that can in turn drive electric generators onboard the marine platform to produce electricity.
Multi-Pollutant Exhaust Treatment Using Seawater For Marine Applications
Marine engine exhaust includes pollutants such as CO.sub.2, NOR.sub.x and SO.sub.x. An onboard system and method for the simultaneous removal of these pollutants includes obtaining seawater from the water on which the marine vessel travels, purifying the seawater to remove a portion of hard ions, concentrating the seawater to yield a concentrated brine solution, treating the concentrated brine solution with a chemical softener to yield a treated brine solution, acidifying the treated brine solution, and utilizing the acidified brine solution in a chlor-alkali process to yield sodium hydroxide. The sodium hydroxide can be used in an acid gas scrubber to remove CO.sub.2, NO.sub.x, and SO.sub.x from the marine engine exhaust gas.
