Condensation catalyst systems and methods
A reactor system may comprise a housing; and a condensation catalyst layer within the housing comprising a condensation catalyst comprised of at least one of a base-substituted zeolite, a stannous salt, or a phosphonitrile chloride. The condensation catalyst layer may be configured to catalyze a condensation reaction of a plurality of silane diols in water flowing through the housing into a plurality of siloxanes.

The operation of the arrangement (device) for conversion of contaminated (loaded) water with harmful substances and elements into certified ecological, healthy water, with natural cleaning without filters, is based on the production of water vapor by heating water in a stainless steel chamber and channeling (water vapor drain) of water vapor with air flow to the liquefaction system This model works without filters, membranes or chemicals and additionally is not including other harmful substances and elements that burden, pollute, infect and contaminate the environment. Ecologically it transforms the unsuitable for health water into the excellent quality healthy drinking water. Nitrates, which are converted to nitrites (NO2) when boiled in water, can be converted into one of the most potent carcinogenic compounds, nitrosamines. The arrangement (device) includes a container (Cx), with two electrodes, that communicates with the boiling chamber, to control the limits of the boiling water level, to eliminate parasitic electromagnetic fluctuations and to avoid oxidation of the two electrodes.
ELECTROLYTIC BIOCIDE-GENERATING UNIT WITH CIRCUIT COOLING AND WATER SEALING
The present disclosure relates to a biocide-generating device for outputting a biocide to a water system. The biocide-generating device includes a housing having a water inlet for receiving water from the water system and a water outlet for outputting water containing biocide to the water system. The biocide-generating device also includes an electrode arrangement having first and second electrodes positioned in the housing for generating biocide in the water within the housing, and an electrical power circuit for establishing a flow of electrical current between first and second electrodes of the electrode arrangement for generating the biocide in the water within the first chamber electrolytic cell. Features for enhancing heat transfer, sealing and electrical isolation are incorporated into the biocide-generating device.
WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM FOR AIRCRAFT
A water supply system for aircraft that is mounted on an aircraft to supply water to a plurality of water supply outlets in the aircraft. The water supply system for aircraft includes a tank for storing water, a water supply pipe, and an ultraviolet sterilization device. The water supply pipe extends from the tank, branches and is connected to each of the plurality of water supply outlets, and supplies water from the tank to the plurality of water supply outlets. The ultraviolet sterilization device is provided on the water supply pipe close to at least the water supply outlet for drinking water, includes a light-emitting diode emitting ultraviolet light, and sterilizes water supplied to the water supply outlet by irradiating the water with ultraviolet light from the light-emitting diode.
ELECTROLYTIC BIOCIDE-GENERATING UNIT WITH FLOW TRANSITION DETECTION
The present disclosure relates to a biocide-generating device for outputting a biocide to a water system. The biocide generating device includes a housing having a water inlet for receiving water from the water system and a water outlet for outputting water containing biocide to the water system. The biocide-generating device also includes an electrode arrangement having first and second electrodes positioned in the housing for generating biocide in the water within the housing, and an electrical power circuit for establishing a flow of electrical current between first and second electrodes of the electrode arrangement for generating the biocide in the water within the first chamber electrolytic cell. A flow sensor such as an ultrasonic flow sensor is provided for sensing water flow through the housing.
Multi-pollutant exhaust treatment using seawater for marine applications
Marine engine exhaust includes pollutants such as CO.sub.2, NO.sub.x and SO.sub.x. An onboard system and method for the simultaneous removal of these pollutants includes obtaining seawater from the water on which the marine vessel travels, purifying the seawater to remove a portion of hard ions, concentrating the seawater to yield a concentrated brine solution, treating the concentrated brine solution with a chemical softener to yield a treated brine solution, acidifying the treated brine solution, and utilizing the acidified brine solution in a chlor-alkali process to yield sodium hydroxide. The sodium hydroxide can be used in an acid gas scrubber to remove CO.sub.2, NO.sub.x, and SO.sub.x from the marine engine exhaust gas.
Anaerobic waste treatment system for vehicles
A method, an apparatus, and a system for treating a waste in a vehicle. The waste is received from a lavatory in a waste tank through a waste input port connected to the lavatory in the vehicle. Anaerobic bacteria are introduced into the waste such that anaerobic digestion occurs to breakdown a biodegradable material in the waste in the waste tank.

The present disclosure relates to a biocide generating system for inhibiting bio-fouling within a water system of a watercraft. The water system is configured to draw water from a body of water on which the watercraft is supported. The biocide generating system includes an electrode arrangement adapted to be incorporated as part of an electrolytic cell through which the water of the water system flows.
