A water purification system provides clean water for the consumption by livestock by using a continuously recirculating water loop. Optionally, a circulating pump moves the water within the water loop in a flow direction. A water supply inlet is fluidically connected to the water loop to provide additional water. A particle filter system (or systems) is fluidically connected in series and removes dissolved solids or particulates within the water. An ozone purification system and/or with the addition of other antimicrobial or purification agents is fluidically connected in parallel to a portion of the continuously recirculating feedback monitored and control water loop. The ozone purification system is disposed downstream of the particle filter system and RO (or similar) system in relation to the flow direction. A feeding station is connected in series with the continuously recirculating water loop disposed downstream of the ozone purification system in relation to the flow direction.

A wastewater treatment device has: an ozone generator which supplies ozone; a mixer which mixes ozone supplied from the ozone generator with wastewater and supplies ozone mixed wastewater; an ozone oxidation unit which progresses ozone oxidation in the ozone mixed wastewater while passing the ozone mixed wastewater therethrough and discharges wastewater in which the ozone has been consumed; a biological treatment unit which performs biological treatment on the wastewater discharged from the ozone oxidation unit using microorganisms; and an adjusting device which adjusts the amount of ozone to be mixed with the wastewater by the mixer so that ozone in an amount that inhibits the microorganisms of the biological treatment unit does not remain in the wastewater discharged from the ozone oxidation unit.

Control over the wastewater purification can be achieved through controlling delivery of gas-dispersion return sludge solely to an aerobic reaction vessel. The gas-dispersion return sludge is created using pure oxygen or oxygen containing trace amounts of ozone as a reactive gas, which is blended with return sludge to create a mixture of gas and liquid, which is pressurized with an atomizer pump, and then at a pressure of not more than approximately 5.5 MPa, the mixture is passed through an atomizer which uses cavitation or ultrasound at a frequency of less than 12,000 KHz to instantly render the reactive gas in the mixture to an ultra-fine bubble state. A portion of the gas is placed into a dissolved state, reaching a state of supersaturation with a high DO value of 20-40 mg/l, and causing the remaining ultra-fine bubbles to create an ultra-fine bubble condition.

This disclosure relates to systems and methods for controlling treatment of water with ozone. The systems and methods can utilize one or more processing modules and one or more non-transitory storage modules that are configured to store computing instructions. Execution of the instructions can cause the one or more processing modules to perform acts of: generating ozone; and applying the ozone to water. The act of generating the ozone can include: controlling a quantity of the ozone generated; and controlling when the ozone is generated.

A chemical feed control device controls feeding of a chemical into a water system of a plant. A water quality index-obtaining unit obtains a water quality index value for each of a plurality of disruptive factors of the water system. An environmental data-obtaining unit obtains environmental data related to the plant. An operational data-obtaining unit obtains operational data related to the plant. A determination unit determines a feed amount of each of a plurality of chemicals acting on at least one disruptive factor and having components different from each other with respect to the water system based on the water quality index value, the environmental data, and the operational data such that the water quality index value for each of the disruptive factors approximates a water quality target value for each of the disruptive factors.

Method of disinfection of drinking water using ozone and silver cations

Microbiologically safe and healthy drinking water is prepared from raw water by clarifying and disinfecting it with reactive oxygen derivatives and silver ions. Initially, the water is treated with ozone until a suitable concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/l of ozone in the water is reached, after that the required amount of silver cations disinfectant solution is supplied into the water so that the silver concentration is 0.02-0.1 mg/l. A stable and safe silver disinfectant solution is used without the use of electrolysis equipment. The solution is stabilized with alkaline earth and/or alkali metal cations, which positively complement the overall intake of minerals. By using such a method, the water stored in the open is protected from secondary microbial contamination for a long time, particularly, longer than 3 months.
