Polygonic bottle and its uses
The invention herein provides a bottle for carrying a fluid or a semifluid, the bottle including: a mouth, a top section, a body, a bottom section, and a base each located sequentially on a y- axis; the body of the bottle comprising a plurality of planar walls, each wall having the same height and width and located perpendicular to the plane of the base on an x-axis, and a cross section of the body being a polygon selected from: triangle, quadrilateral, pentagon, hexagon, heptagon, octagon, nonagon, decagon, and dodecagon; and a closure having a cross section of a circle or a polygon, and the closure reversibly attachable to the mouth to close the bottle and removable from the mouth to open the bottle. Further, the invention describes methods to obtain purified water using a filtration and purification device.
Drinking bottle
The present invention is directed to a water container. The water container comprises a fluid path defined by a rigid fluid reservoir, a filter and a water outlet having an open position and a closed position; a fluid inlet, and a pump coupled to the fluid inlet. The pump comprises a non-return valve and a piston shaft through which a piston head may be moved, the piston head being coupled to a piston rod slidably moveable through an orifice at a first end of the piston shaft, wherein the orifice is sealed about the piston rod such that, in use, operation of the pump pumps fluid from a fluid source in communication with the fluid inlet, through the non-return valve and into the fluid reservoir so as to pressurise the fluid reservoir such that, when the water outlet is in the open position, a pressure differential induces a flow of water along the fluid path through the filter to the water outlet. The piston shaft is substantially surrounded by the filter.
WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM
A water treatment system is provided with an untreated water reservoir having a cavity through which a filter assembly may traverse such that untreated water in the cavity passes through the filter assembly into a treated water reservoir. Removal of the filter assembly may be facilitated by a seal disengagement element operable to unseat a seal formed during efforts to direct untreated water through the filter assembly.
Retrofit Bottle Filtration Device
An apparatus provides a water bottle mouthpiece attachment which can filter microplastics and other contaminant substances from bottles, particularly disposable plastic water bottles. The filter of the apparatus includes a filter housing that is attached to a cap that fits inside a common plastic bottle. Soft rubber rings, tapering from to radially larger on the top to radially smaller on the bottom in a generally conical fashion, ensure a watertight fit to the inside opening of any drinking bottle. A friction closing/opening spout at the top of the filter enables selective opening of the bottle and prevents accidental spillage of bottle contents. The filter housing is also offset from the center, giving space to an air valve that allows air to enter the bottle without disturbing the flow of water from the bottle, thus providing optimal lamellar flow without allowing fluid to escape through the air valve during consumption.
Water enrichment Bottle
A portable water enrichment water bottle is characterized by comprising a bottle top cap, a bottle body, a bottle bottom circular area and a water-permeation porous sealed stainless-steel container fixedly arranged between the bottle bottom cap and the bottle body. An active material is arranged inside the water-permeation porous sealed stainless-steel container. The active material is usually in shape of a pebble which can be of including but not limited to mineral, food or dietary supplement, baking soda, pure silver, gemstones, crystals and other similar articles. Once the active material contacts with water, positive potential value can be generated. Only by filling the water-permeation porous sealed stainless-steel container with pebble of the active material and without using an electrolyze, water can be simply converted to highly charged, active, clean and neutralized water which is simple to use and is convenient to operate.
Water treatment system
A water treatment system is provided with an untreated water reservoir having a cavity through which a filter assembly may traverse such that untreated water in the cavity passes through the filter assembly into a treated water reservoir. Traversal of the filter assembly may be facilitated by a pressure control assembly configured to generate a vacuum.
Filter housing for filter as you pour filtration
A filter housing can be configured to receive a filter media to form a filter assembly. Water filter media housings can be adapted for filter-as-you-pour filtration in the context of container (e.g., pitcher) systems where filtering is achieved as the user pours water from the container. The filter housing can have a frame and an optional casing securable about the frame. A filter assembly can include a filter media within, connected to, or associated with a filter housing. The filter media can be securable in an at least partially curved configuration and/or within, connected to, or associated with the filter housing.
Indicator for filtering cartridge management for a filtering bottle, a filtering bottle comprising such an indicator for filtering cartridge management and a set comprising a filtering bottle and such an indicator for filtering cartridge management
The invention relates to an indicator (1) for management of a filter cartridge (10) for a filtering bottle (7), the bottle (7) comprising a container (8) with a neck (9), a filter cartridge (10) and a cap (11) with a coat (13). The indicator (1) according to the invention is characterized in that it comprises a first ring, a second ring arranged coaxially on the first ring, wherein the first and the second rings are rotatable relative to each other, wherein one of the rings comprises markings relating to the filter cartridge arranged around said ring and defining a time unit, and wherein the other ring comprises an indicating element for indicating a selected marking relating to the filter cartridge by rotating one of the rings relative to the other. The indicator (1) for management of the filter cartridge (10) is also adapted to be mounted around the neck (9) of the container (8) of the filtering bottle (7) under the coat (13) of the cap (11). Furthermore, the invention relates to a filtering bottle (7) and such an indicator (1) for management of a filter cartridge (10). The invention relates also to a set of a filtering bottle (7) and such an indicator (1) for management of a filter cartridge (10).
Filter element, method of producing a filter element, filtration device and liquid treatment system
A filter element comprises a porous body. The porous body is made of bonded matter, including: at least one material for binding lead; and at least a binder having a Melt Flow Rate, MFR, of more than 1 g/10 min. The porous body has a Mean Flow Pore size, MFP, in a range of between 0.1 and 11 m.
Water sterilization cap with removable cartridge
A water sanitization cap for covering a bottle is provided. The cap may screw-fit on a conventional water bottle. The conventional water bottle may store drinking water. The cap may include a UV-C module. When activated, the UV-C module may destroy bacteria and/or viruses within the water. The cap may also include a cartridge. The cartridge may be a filter cartridge, pH modifying cartridge and/or a flavor-enhancing cartridge. The cartridge may filter out particulate matter, modify the pH and/or enhance the flavor of the water when water is being suctioned out of the bottle. The water may be suctioned out of the bottle using a foldaway straw included in the cap.
