GRAVITY-FLOW FILTER ASSEMBLY
An apparatus for dispensing a liquid is disclosed. The apparatus can include a cap configured to connect to a container body having a chamber for containing the liquid. The cap can include a fill aperture through which the liquid is supplied to the container body and a pour aperture through which the liquid exits the apparatus. A fill lid can be rotatable about a pivot axis in a first direction to close the fill aperture and rotatable about the pivot axis in a second direction to open the fill aperture, the first direction opposite the second direction. A pour lid can be rotatable about the pivot axis in the first direction to open the pour aperture and rotatable about the pivot axis in the second direction to close the pour aperture. A filter assembly comprising a filter cartridge can connect to the cap.
Gravity-flow filter assembly
In one embodiment, an apparatus for dispensing a liquid is disclosed. The apparatus can comprise a cap configured to connect to a container body having a chamber for containing the liquid. The cap can comprise a pour aperture through which the liquid exits the apparatus. The cap can comprise a pour lid configured to open and close the pour aperture. The cap can comprise a cap vent configured to allow air to flow from the outside environs into the chamber of the container body when the cap is connected to the container body.
FILTER HOUSING FOR FILTER AS YOU POUR FILTRATION
A filter housing can be configured to receive a filter media to form a filter assembly. Water filter media housings can be adapted for filter-as-you-pour filtration in the context of container (e.g., pitcher) systems where filtering is achieved as the user pours water from the container. The filter housing can have a frame and an optional casing securable about the frame. A filter assembly can include a filter media within, connected to, or associated with a filter housing. The filter media can be securable in an at least partially curved configuration and/or within, connected to, or associated with the filter housing.
FILTER CORE CONFIGURATION
In one example, a filter core includes a body with a generally cylindrical shape and a substantially hollow interior. The body includes a first annular wall disposed proximate a first end of the body, and a second annular wall disposed proximate a second end of the body such that the second annular wall is axially spaced apart from the first annular wall, and the second annular wall and the first annular wall extend toward each other. As well, the filter core includes a framework connected to the first annular wall and the second annular wall. The framework and the first and second annular walls cooperate with each other to define a group of openings, each of which communicates with the substantially hollow interior of the body, and the openings collectively define an open space of the filter core.
Water filtration apparatus with compostable filter
Water filtration apparatus with compostable filters are disclosed herein. A water filtration apparatus in accordance with one embodiment of the disclosure includes a fluid containment vessel having a conically shaped upper chamber and a conically shaped lower chamber. A filter assembly is seated within the upper chamber and carries a compostable filter device that fits within a filter cavity of the filter assembly.
Water softening device for use for a pet
A water softening device for use for a pet is provided, comprising: a first chamber having a shape of a hollow container; a second chamber having a shape of a hollow container, the second chamber being detachably attached to an upper section inside the first chamber; and a filter cartridge having a plurality of openings and containing an ion exchange resin therein, the filter cartridge being detachably attached to a bottom section of the second chamber and positioned to protrude from the bottom section of the second chamber to a lower section inside the first chamber. The second chamber is configured to receive and contain first water including tap water, and the lower section inside the first chamber is configured to receive and contain second water that is the first water after passing through the filter cartridge based on gravity.
Water filter and assembly thereof
The present disclosure concerns a filter device for filtering source water for the purpose of obtaining potable water; and further concerns a method for assembly of such a device.
ELECTROLYZED WATER PRODUCTION DEVICE, ELECTROLYZED WATER PRODUCTION METHOD, AND ELECTROLYTIC BATH
This electrolyzed water production device (1A) includes an electrolytic bath (3) that discharges electrolyzed products generated by electrolysis of a raw material solution from an outlet (2); a mixing section (4) that mixes the electrolyzed products with dilution water to generate electrolyzed water; and a mounting section (6) that has a connecting section (19) where a hole section (20) connected to the outlet (2) is formed and that allows the electrolytic bath (3) to be detachably mounted thereto. By moving either the electrolytic bath (3) or the connecting section (6) relative to the other, the communication between the outlet (2) and the hole section (20) is allowed or released. Additionally, the electrolytic bath (3) is mounted on the mounting section (6) in a state where the inside of the electrolytic bath (3) is filled with a predetermined amount of the raw material solution and sealed in advance and an additional raw material solution cannot be injected thereinto.
