WATER PURIFYING APPARATUS AND FILTER STRUCTURE
A water purifying apparatus including a head having a water inlet portion and a water outlet portion; a shaft provided in the head and rotatably mounted between the water inlet portion and the water outlet portion; a bypass flow path passing through a circumference of the shaft, and communicating the water inlet portion with the water outlet portion according to rotation of the shaft; a filter detachably mounted to the head, and having a filter inserting portion in which the shaft is inserted when being mounted on the head; and a filtering flow path in which an inlet port and an outlet port are formed on the circumference of the shaft in a direction intersecting the bypass flow path, and communicated between the filter, the water inlet portion and the water outlet portion with each other according to the rotation of the shaft.
Water treatment dispensing apparatus
A water treatment dispensing apparatus has a container for holding water from a water supply and a water disinfectant cartridge located within the container. A housing attached to the container and connected to the cartridge directs water from the cartridge to a remote location, such as a dental instrument. An air pressure device supplies water under pressure to the container to force water to flow through the cartridge and to the remote location.
Beverage dispenser and method therefore for suppression of germ formation
The present invention discloses a beverage dispenser, including: an inlet connected to a water source; an outlet for dispensing the water to a user vessel; at least one filter element having an input and an output for filtered water; a pump for pumping water to the input of the filter element; a flow sensor connected between the inlet and the outlet, wherein the flow sensor determines the actual flow rate of the water; at least one water preparation element connected between the output for outputting filtered water and the outlet and adapted to prepare the water for drinking by a human, wherein the water preparation element comprises a water preparation rate input by which the water preparation rate of the water preparation element can be controlled; and a controller connected to the water preparation rate input of the water preparation element and the flow sensor, wherein the controller controls the water preparation rate of the water preparation element by a signal to the water preparation rate input such that the water preparation rate is proportional to the actual flow rate.
WASTE TREATMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD
A water treatment system includes a water tank, a water filtration media, and an ozone gas source. A control system operates a service mode of the water treatment system during which an external water source is filtered by the filtration media. The control system also operates a regeneration mode of the water treatment system for regenerating the filtration media. The regeneration mode includes a first backwash mode to backwash the filtration media with the external water source. The regeneration mode includes a draw mode subsequent to the first backwash mode to draw ozone into the water tank and into contact with the filtration media. The regeneration mode includes a second backwash mode subsequent to the draw mode to expel ozone from the water tank and the filtration media prior to switching the system back into the service mode for filtration of the water source with the regenerated filtration media.
Liquid dispenser
A dispenser includes: a tank; an inlet pipe connected to the tank and to supply liquid to the tank; a heater for heating liquid in the tank; an inverter printed circuit board for controlling the operation of the heater; a heat sink formed of a metal or other heat conductive material, and having a cavity; and a power semiconductor element electrically connected to the inverter printed circuit board to control power to the heater, and fixed to the heat sink to heat-exchange with liquid flowing in the cavity. The cavity of the heat sink may receive a section of the inlet pipe or may form a flow path to receive the fluid from the inlet pipe.
WATER TANK WITH TANK OUTLET VALVE AND WATER FILTER CARTRIDGE WITH TWO WATER FILTER CARTRIDGE OUTLETS WHICH ARE ARRANGED CONCENTRICALLY TO ONE ANOTHER
The invention relates to a water tank (1) with water filter cartridge (2), characterized in that the water filter cartridge (2) comprises two water filter cartridge outlets which are arranged concentrically to one another.
COLD WATER DISPENSER WITH ULTRAVIOLET DISINFECTION
A device (10) for dispensing cold water has a modular disinfection system (100) that maintains the water near a dispensing spout (40) in a disinfected condition. The modular disinfection system has an ultraviolet (UV) radiation generator, a fluid entrance (104), a fluid exit (106) and a UV-transparent tube (108) that connects the fluid entrance to the fluid exit and maintains the next water to be dispensed. A housing (70) receives the modular disinfection system with the fluid entrance is vertically above the fluid exit. A control means (80) operates both the UV radiation generator and a valve means that allows water to be dispensed through the dispensing spout.
WATER PROVIDING STATION
A water providing station having a housing that supports a basin. A water dispensing mechanism is associated with the basin and is coupled to a water supply line located within the housing. A filter is also coupled to the water supply line. Mounted to a portion of the housing is a door that is moveable between open and closed positions. The filter is mounted to and supported by the door for movement moved with the door between the open and closed positions.
WATER FILTER
A replaceable water filter includes a filter assembly having a filter structure with first, second, and third filtering elements sharing a common axis, the first filtering element for removing and/or reducing particulate contaminants in the water, the second filtering element for removing and/or reducing particulate and organic contaminants in the water and the third filtering element for removing and/or reducing at least one of fluoride and arsenic in the water. The filter further includes a housing that contains the filter assembly. The housing includes a first end adapted to removably attach the filter to a filter mount of the refrigerator where the filter communicates with the water supply of the refrigerator. The first filtering element can be fabric, the second filtering element can be a carbon block, and the third filtering element can be activated alumina.
Self-contained water filtration system and method of using the same
A water filtration housing containing a pressure vessel configured to receive a water filter cartridge; a ring enclosure attachable to an open, top end of the housing enclosure; an interface tower including a user interface; a lid assembly removably attachable to the ring enclosure, the lid assembly including (i) a pressure cap and gasket for maintaining a given pressure in said pressure vessel and (ii) a rotatable lever for disengaging the pressure cap from the pressure vessel thereby releasing pressure therein. A mating system between the lid assembly and ring enclosure prevents the lid assembly from being attached to the ring enclosure in a misaligned fashion. RFID technology may be used for identifying the water filter cartridge installed therein and wireless communication technology (e.g., Wi-Fi) to transmit collected system data (e.g., water usage) to a central location for analysis such that the customer is provided with, for example, operational suggestions.
