DEVICE FOR PROTECTIING AGAINST HAIR LOSS WHEN WEARING HEADGEAR
A protective head band for protecting against hair loss when wearing headgear is provided. The protective head band may be adapted to engage an inner periphery of the headgear. The protective head band may have a gel band providing a plurality of gel nubs adapted to decrease the pulling and sliding friction from the tension to the scalp imposed by the inner periphery.
Method of making a headwear and the headwear thereof
A manufacturing method including providing a mold including at least two mold parts having first and second molding surfaces which are complementarily profiled to give shape to headwear; shaping a first substrate in the mold resulting in the first substrate having a non-planar profile which matches at least a portion of the profile of the molding surfaces; shaping a second substrate in the mold resulting in the second substrate having a non-planar profile which matches the profile of the molding surfaces; overlaying the first substrate on the second substrate and matching their non-planar profile to form a combined substrate; placing a third substrate in the mold with the combined substrate, sandwiching the first substrate; and shaping the third substrate with the combined substrate in the mold resulting in the third substrate having a non-planar profile which matches the profile of the molding surfaces, thereby forming a seamless structure for the headwear.
Ballistic panel for headwear
A ballistic garment includes a fabric cap and a plurality of flexible ballistic panels. Each of the plurality of flexible ballistic panels has a bottom edge and an acutely pointed head that is spaced from the bottom head. The acutely pointed head of each of the plurality of flexible ballistic panels is positioned adjacent a top portion of the fabric cap. The bottom edge of each of the plurality of flexible ballistic panels positioned adjacent a bottom portion of the fabric cap.
Protective headgear
A liner (10) for fitting within a headcap to provide a degree of impact protection, said liner comprising a generally concave shell for receiving a wearer's head, in use, and having a top section (16), a front section (12) and a rear section (14), and a pair of side panels extending downward from, and integrally formed with, respective side edges of said top section (16), wherein a first slot (14a) is provided on each side of said rear section (14), extending from a side edge thereof to a hinge portion (14b) located between said top portion (16) and said rear section (14), and a second slot (12a) is provided on each side of said front section (12) extending from a side edge thereof to a hinge portion (12b) located between said top portion (16) and said front section (12).
PERFORMANCE LAYERING TECHNOLOGY FOR APPAREL, HEADWEAR AND FOOTWEAR
Performance layering technology includes apparel, headwear and/or footwear. The performance layering technology of the apparel, headwear and/or footwear has interchangeable color and textural accent panels. These interchangeable color and textural accent panels are configured to conform to various color schemes. In addition, the interchangeable color and textural accent panels can be included behind cutouts or embroidery so color appears through the cutouts or the embroidery. Wherein, the performance layering technology is configured to provide cool and warm relief to athletes.
Absorptive Cap Liner
An absorptive cap liner for absorbing sweat includes a principal band having an outside, an inside, an upper perimeter, and a lower perimeter. The principal band is configured to fit within a sweatband of a baseball cap. A plurality of support bands is coupled to the principal band. Each of the plurality of support bands has a lower end coupled to the principal band and an upper end. A top pad is coupled to the upper end of each of the plurality of support bands and is configured to rest atop a wearer's head within the baseball cap. Each of the principal band, the plurality of support bands, and the top pad is an absorptive material.
Head Covering With Removable Liner
A liner for a hat and a hat with a liner is provided comprising a smooth material sewn together, according to a pattern, covering an interior portion of the hat. An attachment apparatus removably attaching the liner to the interior of the hat is included on the hat and liner. The hair of the hat wearer is thereby protected from damage and breakage while wearing the hat.
INTERACTIVE SWEATBAND DEVICE
An interactive sweatband includes a center portion having a first end and an opposing second end. The sweatband includes a first wing portion that extends from and is operably engaged with the first end of the center portion. The sweatband includes a second wing portion that extends from and is operably engaged with the opposing second end of the center portion. The sweatband device may further include a front surface and an opposing rear surface. The sweatband may include an outflow channel that extends along and is defined by at least one of the front and opposing rear surface of the sweatband.
