A skin protecting garment includes a back panel, a lower front panel coupled to the back panel, and an upper front panel coupled to the back panel. An upward facing opening is formed by the back panel and the upper front panel. The upward facing opening is dimensioned, shaped and positioned to expose a top of a user's head. A forward facing slit is between the lower front panel and the upper front panel. The forward facing slit is dimensioned, shaped and positioned to expose the user's eyes. The back panel, the lower front panel and the upper front panel are each formed of a material configured to block ultraviolet (UV) light.

A novel pillow with a detachable hood comprising a drawstring for providing comfort, privacy, sound dampening, and protection to a user. The pillow comprises an arcuate bladder and upper half hood which may be hemispherical or semi-hemispherical. The pillow may be inflatable or stuffed.

A hair towel having a towel, and a tightening assembly with a cord assembly and a fastener. The cord assembly has an external and internal cord section, first and second ends, and a knot. The fastener has a body, an actuator, and a hole. The towel has an elongated channel to receive the cord assembly. The elongated channel has lateral ends, and defines a hole to receive the cord assembly. The elongated channel has at least one edge with stitching, whereby the stitching secures the elongated channel to the towel. The towel has exterior and interior faces, lateral edges, and first and second edges. The elongated channel is closer to the first edge than to the second edge, whereby the elongated channel is a first predetermined distance from the first edge without reaching the second edge. Furthermore, the elongated channel is approximately parallel to the first edge.

The disclosure relates to a hair wrap for securing cranial hair of a human during sleep, exertion, or exposure to the elements, for example. The wrap includes a slip-resistant material positioned at or near an inferior edge that extends about the hairline of the wearer. One or more fastener pairs have halves positioned at lateral ends of the wrap and are used to secure the wrap to the head. An extension of the wrap can enclose or envelop the hair, preventing disruption of hairstyles or undesired contact of the hair with external substances.

A hair wrap article comprises a plurality of swaths of cloth dimensionally cut and stitched together to form the article comprising a volume, wherein an article first end comprises a first volume opening greater than a second volume opening at an article second end. The article comprises a securing tab at an exterior portion of the article first end or a plurality of through slits, either one to receive and secure the article second end. The article may comprise the following: the securing tab comprising an isosceles trapezoid geometric configuration; a secondary securing tab proximate the securing tab to alternately operate to receive and secure the article second end; a semi-rigid ribbing stitched into the stitched together portion of the article; and a portion of the second volume opening may be stitched together to close the second volume opening to create an article second end internal volume.

A bandana with multiple layers. The bandana with multiple layers has a flexible member with a plurality of layers including a rear layer and a front layer. The complementary fasteners reversibly attach each of the plurality of layers to each other and can be utilized to secure the bandana with multiple layers about the head or neck of a user. A head wrap is an apparatus that is used to protect and decorate a user's head. The apparatus includes a head-bracing body, an elastic strip, a first lateral tail, a second lateral tail, a first intermediate tail, a second intermediate tail, a plurality of ornaments, and a ventilation mechanism. The head-bracing body is the primary coverage means for the back of the user's head. The elastic strip connects to the head-bracing body to allow the head-bracing body to expand in order to fit different head sizes. The first lateral tail, second lateral tail, first intermediate tail, and second intermediate tail each connect to the head-bracing body, allowing for coverage of the user's head. The at least one ornament relates to a decorative unit or several units capable of being tied to the first lateral tail, second lateral tail, first intermediate tail, and second intermediate tail as a means of displaying the decorative pattern. The plurality of ventilation holes allows for heat trapped between the present invention and the user's head to escape.
