HEADWEAR ASSEMBLY
A headwear assembly adapted to be used with a type of headwear commonly referred to as a durag (also referred to as a wave cap) is provided. The headwear assembly provides a padded layer between the durag's tie-ends and the wearer's forehead when worn with a strap that extends around the wearer's head to hold the headwear in place. A sleeve with a sleeve channel is configured with the padded layer to receive the durag's tie-ends and to hold them in secure.

Hair-Protective Hat
Disclosed is a hair-protective hat with a hat body, an adjustable band, and a stabilizing member. A facial barrier may also be included. The hat body consists of a plurality of layers including a protective barrier and an inner layer. The protective barrier has moisture-resistant properties and protects the wearer's hair from being ruined by rain, humidity or other environmental effects. The inner layer is made from a soft material for comfort. A rim portion of the hat body delineates its opening, and the stabilizing member is perimetrically connected to the rim portion to provide structural support for the facial barrier. The adjustable band is positioned around the opening to adjust its size. The protective barrier may further include a water-repellent coating, a fabric layer, and a waterproof lining superimposed onto each other. An interior storage pouch allows the hat body to be packed into a stored configuration.

Hair Wrap Towel Article
A hair wrap article, as disclosed, is a regular or irregular geometric-shaped swath of cloth comprising a cloth area and a cloth edge perimeter; and a securing tab affixed, generally stitched, upon the swath of cloth to receive and secure a portion of the swath of cloth. The securing tab affixes upon the cloth at least a discrete distance, described further herein, from the cloth edge perimeter. The securing tab generally comprises a planar configuration, and may embody any regular or irregular geometric shape. A secondary tab may be further employed and stitched proximate to the securing tab. Representative embodiments may employ slits in the cloth, rather than affixed tabs, to receive and secure a portion of the swath of cloth; and such slits are similarly positioned at least a discrete distance from the cloth edge. Various embodiments may employ a combination of securing tabs, secondary tabs, and slits.
HER-JAB, WRAP N' SNAP HEAD WEAR
An article of manufacture for providing a self-attaching headscarf that stays in place is disclosed. The self-attaching headscarf is made of an under cap having a plurality of attachment devices on an outside surface for attaching and holding a head scarf in place while worn about a head, and a headscarf having one or more mating attachment devices for coupling the head scarf to the under cap. The attachment devices comprise one or more pair of items of Velcro™, snaps, buttons, extra fabric meant to be tied, zippers, and magnets. The self-attaching headscarf may also include earholes and attachable earmuffs, a visor, a neck cape, and decorative adornments, all of which are secured to the head scarf using mating attachment devices.
HER-JAB, WRAP N' SNAP HEAD WEAR
An article of manufacture for providing a self-attaching headscarf that stays in place is disclosed. The self-attaching headscarf is made of an under cap having a plurality of attachment devices on an outside surface for attaching and holding a head scarf in place while worn about a head, and a headscarf having one or more mating attachment devices for coupling the head scarf to the under cap. SCRUNCH CAP
A scrunch cap that can be compressed and scrunched tight or loosened when worn on the wearer's head. The scrunch cap is adjustable in some embodiments. The scrunch cap is made from a single piece of stretchable fabric. The fabric includes a first and a second long side of generally equal lengths, and a third and a fourth short side of generally equal lengths. A seam is included such that when folded the fabric includes a hemmed side, an unhemmed side opposite the hemmed side, a folded side, and a side opposite the folded side. A plurality of holes is distributed along three sides of the folded stretchable fabric. The folded side of the single piece of stretchable fabric does not include the plurality of holes. A piece of cord or other tying member is threaded through the plurality of holes in a crisscross arrangement and pulled tight.
SCRUNCH CAP
