SKIN PROTECTING GARMENT
A skin protecting garment includes a back panel, a lower front panel coupled to the back panel, and an upper front panel coupled to the back panel. An upward facing opening is formed by the back panel and the upper front panel. The upward facing opening is dimensioned, shaped and positioned to expose a top of a user's head. A forward facing slit is between the lower front panel and the upper front panel. The forward facing slit is dimensioned, shaped and positioned to expose the user's eyes. The back panel, the lower front panel and the upper front panel are each formed of a material configured to block ultraviolet (UV) light.
Supremely adjustable facial mask
The invention is a supremely adjustable face mask. Moveable elements can be easily raised or lowered by the wearer to selectively cover different parts of the face in order to adapt to changing climate or social conditions. The garment is advantageously manufactured as a simple sleeve with accessory bands and cutouts placed so as to create adjustable coverings when the garment is worn.
SYSTEM, METHOD, ARTICLE OF MANUFACTURE AND APPARATUS FOR PROTECTING AN INDIVIDUAL FROM SUSTAINING A CONCUSSION AND FOR MEASURING AND EVALUATING CONCUSSION RISK ARISING FROM A COLLISION
Herein is disclosed a protective balaclava. The balaclava may include a layer of foam, which may bear certain non-Newtonian properties, such as hardening in response to impact. To a wearer of such a balaclava, the risk of concussion in response to collision, for example, is significantly reduced. The balaclava may be worn in conjunction with other protective wear, such as a helmet. The balaclava may include various features to permit a snug fit between the foam and the human form, even though the balaclava may be sized according to head size. The balaclava may include sensors that record linear and angular acceleration, such as linear and angular acceleration of the head, along with sensors recording other data. The sensors may be coupled to a microcontroller that may be coupled to a transceiver, which may transmit such data to permit it to be accessed to evaluate concussion risk, among other purposes.
Modular head garment
A head garment, which may comprise a nose covering portion, a head covering portion, and/or a neck covering portion. The nose covering portion may comprise a nose bridge portion, an upper lip portion, and a throughhole The head covering portion may be affixed to the nose covering portion and positioned to, when the head garment is worn by a user, cover the user's forehead and the back of the user's head. The neck covering portion may comprise an upper edge with a fastener portion that is configured to engage with a corresponding fastener portion on the lower edge of the nose covering portion, to releasably affix the lower edge of the nose covering portion to the upper edge of the neck covering portion, and disengage from the corresponding fastener portion on the lower edge of the nose covering portion, to form a mouth opening between the two edges.

Cooling assembly
A cooling headgear is disclosed. Absorbent material within the headgear retains cold water. When worn by a user, the headgear holds the cold water to the head of the user, cooling the user.
COOLING GARMENTS, WARMING GARMENTS, AND RELATED METHODS
The present disclosure generally relates to intelligent garments that provide thermal regulation in a variety of environments. The garments may include different layers such as a hydrophobic layer in direct contact with a wearer's skin surface and saturated with an aqueous mixture, a spacer layer, a reflective layer, and an outer hydrophobic layer. The layers of the garment may work together to reduce the metabolic expenditure of the wearer in extreme environmental conditions or during demanding physical activity. A variety of sensors may be displaced throughout the garments so as to enable the collection of data associated with wearers as well as environmental conditions. Wearers may control the thermal balance and other properties of the garments as desired.
Interchangeable Headwear System For Waterproof Marine Garments
An detachable headwear system with a waterproof garment having a chest portion and a neck portion, a headwear article, a zipper for connecting the waterproof garment to the headwear article, the zipper having first zipper teeth on the waterproof garment and second zipper teeth on the headwear article, the first zipper teeth being engageable with the second zipper teeth, the first zipper teeth beginning in a first area of the chest portion, extending at least partially around the neck portion, and ending in a second area of the chest portion.
Hood for removal of a driver's helmet
A protective hood designed to be worn under a racing driver's helmet and to help in taking off the helmet of said driver under all circumstances, said hood it has at least one removal member secured to the top of the hood and having dimensions such that its free ends extend downwards and are accessible from outside said integral helmet when the latter is worn over said hood, and a holding member secured to each side face of the hood in order to keep the free ends of said removal member in position against the hood and substantially symmetrical with respect to the vertical sagittal plane of said hood.
FIREFIGHTER PROTECTIVE HOOD AND GLOVES WITH REGENERATED CELLULOSE FIBER
A firefighter protective hood that protects the coat/helmet/self-contained breathing apparatus facepiece interface area of a user, and a firefighter protective glove that protects the hand and wrist of the user are provided. The firefighter protective hood and glove respectively include a hood-shaped structure and a glove-shape structure. The hood-shaped structure and the glove-shaped structures each include a body-contacting layer made of a fabric of flame-retardant regenerated cellulose fibers. The structure and composition of the body-contacting layer promote comfort of the user and evaporative cooling. Outer layer(s) extend outwardly over the body-contacting layer and act as thermal and mechanical barriers. The combination of such layers allows maintaining relatively high perspiration transmission and evaporation, and substantially good thermal and mechanical properties.
