Full coverage head cover made with wettable material
A head cover that can be worn by health care professionals is provided. The head cover includes an anterior portion with a height h, a posterior portion with a height h.sub.2, at least one side portion or panel which may be shaped and sized so as to connect the anterior portion of the head cover and the posterior portion of the head cover, and where the at least one side portion has a contoured section t that forms all or a portion of a bottom edge of the side portion and that is shaped and sized so as to cover the ears, scalp, and sideburns of a user as required by AORN guidelines while also remaining clear of a user's eyes and field of vision.
HAT WITH BENDABLE BRIM
A sun hat having a bendable and shapeable brim is described. The bendable brim is characterized by a wire cable assembly secured in the brim of the hat along its perimeter. The wire cable assembly can comprise a loop of multi-strand metal cable enclosed in a slightly oversized flexible plastic sheath that is hermetically sealed at joining ends. The cable can be comprised of an annealed metal that permits it to be bent thousands of times without breaking.

HAT HAVING WIDE BRIM AND DETACHABLE CHIN STRAP
A hat for a person to wear on the golf course and off the golf course is provided. The hat is lightweight and comfortable to wear and yet is also durable to be worn in all weather conditions. The hat includes a crown and a wide brim than extends around the circumference of the crown to protect the wearer from outdoor weather elements such as sun, rain, wind, and snow. The hat also includes a detachable chin strap that can be removed and stored inside an interior pocket of the hat. In one embodiment, the rear region of the crown includes an opening for receiving a portion of the hair, for example, a ponytail, of the person wearing the hat. This opening can be closed by opposing first and second flaps.
HEAD-MOUNTED DISPLAY APPARATUS
A head-mounted display apparatus includes a wearing device, a display-source arrangement portion and an optical assembly. The wearing device has a head-wearing portion and a hat brim portion connected to the head-wearing portion. The display-source arrangement portion is connected with the hat brim portion. The optical assembly is movably disposed on the hat brim portion, and arranged between the head-wearing portion and the display-source arrangement portion.
Method of making a headwear and the headwear thereof
A manufacturing method including providing a mold including at least two mold parts having first and second molding surfaces which are complementarily profiled to give shape to headwear; shaping a first substrate in the mold resulting in the first substrate having a non-planar profile which matches at least a portion of the profile of the molding surfaces; shaping a second substrate in the mold resulting in the second substrate having a non-planar profile which matches the profile of the molding surfaces; overlaying the first substrate on the second substrate and matching their non-planar profile to form a combined substrate; placing a third substrate in the mold with the combined substrate, sandwiching the first substrate; and shaping the third substrate with the combined substrate in the mold resulting in the third substrate having a non-planar profile which matches the profile of the molding surfaces, thereby forming a seamless structure for the headwear.

A ballistic garment includes a fabric cap and a plurality of flexible ballistic panels. Each of the plurality of flexible ballistic panels has a bottom edge and an acutely pointed head that is spaced from the bottom head. The acutely pointed head of each of the plurality of flexible ballistic panels is positioned adjacent a top portion of the fabric cap. The bottom edge of each of the plurality of flexible ballistic panels positioned adjacent a bottom portion of the fabric cap.
Ultimate Hat
The present invention discloses a hat or cap designed to protect a user's head, nose, and neck from exposing to sun, dust, and debris. The hat could provide support for a neck or sun shield, glasses, a dust mask, and an insert. The hat further includes a brim, a mesh, and a crown. The mesh is configured to circulate airflow for keeping the user's head cool. The crown is extended with a loop fabric on the back side to fasten the neck shield via a hook fastener. The glasses include hook fasteners on a top bar and temples and fastened to the loop fabric of the brim of the hat via the hook fasteners. The hat with the neck shield, glasses, and dust mask provides a comfort wear to the user and provides sunshade for the user's head and neck.

A cap assembly is disclosed herein. The cap assembly includes a crown assembly and a visor assembly. The crown assembly includes a crown and a sweatband. The visor assembly include a visor and a connector. The visor has a concave edge. The connector extends from proximate the concave edge to between the sweatband and the crown.
Device for shielding a user from sunlight and method
A device for shielding a user from sunlight is disclosed herein. The device includes a clip portion, a shade portion, a connector piece, and an illuminating source located on an upper surface of the shade portion. The clip portion includes an elongate body, an upper side, and a lower side. The shade portion is adjustably coupled to the clip portion by the connector piece. The device is useful for providing a removable shade for connection with a brim of a hat that allows a user to adjust the shade in multiple directions to keep sunlight out of the user's eyes.
