EXTENDING ORNAMENTAL DEVICE
An extending ornament apparatus may comprise a compressed gas cartridge and a valve having a release mechanism, the valve being connected to the compressed gas cartridge and configured to release compressed gas from the compressed gas cartridge upon activation of the release mechanism. The apparatus may further comprise an inflatable ornament, and the compressed gas cartridge may be configured to inflate the inflatable ornament upon the activation of the release mechanism. The inflatable ornament may be configured to be mounted on an object.
HEADWEAR WITH SLIDABLE VISOR
The invention relates to headwear (1) on which a visor (2) is slidably arranged, allowing the visor to be adapted to the changing position of the sun when worn in the same way. Preferably, the visor is arranged on the headwear (1) by means of swivel arms 4,5 and magnetic connections, the visor 2 in turn being swivelably arranged on the swivel arms 4,5.

Brim Shade and Hinge
A brim shade has a shade element, a clip, and a hinge that joins the shade element and the clip to make the brim shade. The shade element and the hinge combine to create a shade that does not allow the light to get past the brim shade. The brim shade can be adjusted through 360 degree rotation and along the side of a hat to provide protection to the wearer.
CUSTOMIZABLE ENHANCED HEADGEAR WTH INTERCHANGEABLE REMOVABLE ELEMENTS USING A COUPLING FASTENING MECHANISM
In accordance with the invention, an interchangeable headgear device is provided. The headgear may include a headgear apparatus including a crown, a brim and an interior portion. The headgear may further include an attachment. The attachment may include a logo portion and a coupling mechanism. The interior portion may include an inner pocket around a circumference of inner portion. The inner pocket may be formed to securely store one or more attachments. In accordance with the invention, the crown and the brim may include an external surfaced formed entirely of female or loop invaginations. The female/loop invaginations may he formed to removably connect with a logo via the coupling mechanism of the attachment. The coupling mechanism may be formed from a plurality of male or hook projections, which may cause the coupling mechanism to grasp the female/loop invaginations of the external surface of the headgear.
Headgear accessory
A headgear accessory that can be utilized with headgear to provide the wearer with sun protection along the back of the head and neck are disclosed. According to one example, the headgear accessory can have a shade and an attachment member. The shade can be configured of a formable material adapted to cover a rear portion of the head and a rear portion of the neck of a wearer. The shade can have at least one aperture disposed adjacent a first end thereof. The attachment mechanism can include a snap configured to be insertable in the at least one aperture and a spring loaded grasping mechanism adapted to couple with the snap to attach the spring loaded grasping mechanism to the shade.
HEADGEAR HAVING A PACIFIER TETHER
An infant's headgear having a tether is provided for retaining a pacifier. The present invention prevents the pacifier from dropping to the ground and becoming dirty or lost when it falls out of the infant's mouth. The headgear is attached to a keeper which anchors a fastening member that releasably connects to a first end of the tether. An opposite second end of the tether is adapted to releasably connect to the pacifier. The positioning of the tether makes it easy for an infant to find a pacifier hanging from the headgear so that the infant can readily reach out and grasp the it on their own and place it back in his or her mouth without relying on the help of a caregiver.
SOLAR CHARGING APPARATUS
A solar charging apparatus is disclosed that includes an article of apparel that is capable of conformably fitting to a body part of a wearer, the article of apparel having a longitudinal dimension and a transversal dimension. The apparatus includes a power source that is coupleable to an interior portion of the article of apparel. The power source is connected to an output connector that is configured to charge a portable electronic device that is separate from the article of apparel. The apparatus includes a plurality of crystalline solar cells for recharging the power source, wherein the plurality of crystalline solar cells curves to conform to the article of apparel.
Photoluminescent identifier system for firefighting equipment
The present system provides a lightweight fire-resistant photoluminescent identifier system for firefighters, which is suitable for use on the firefighter's facemask, as well as other equipment. The system is lightweight and provides individual recognition of an individual firefighter. The identifier system lights up automatically in a low-light environment without batteries, yet prevents glare to the firefighter using the system. The components that comprise the system are fire-resistant to temperatures up to and exceeding 500 degrees Fahrenheit to facilitate personal recognition of the individual in dark and low-light areas.
