Hair-friendly swimming cap
An article of swim gear consisting of a cap for protecting the hair during the practice of recreational swimming or other aquatic sports. The cap comprises a main body whose tripartite structure allows the accommodation of the hair without squeezing it, thus maintaining the shape of the hairdo. The cap also comprises an internal positioning-blocking unit consisting of an annular band attached to the rim of the cap by only one of its edges, which gently holds the cap to the user's head, and a seepage-prevention strip cantilevered over the outer face of the annular band, which stops and absorbs the water that could seep under the edge of the cap in the areas of neck and temples. Three embodiments of the cap are described and graphically illustrated.

OPTIMIZED SPORTS ARTICLE
Embodiments of the invention concerns a method of designing a sports article, including: (a) scanning at least one body part of at least a first person; (b) creating a first digital model of the body part of the first person; (c) creating a digital model of the sports article; (d) digitally arranging the digital model of the sports article on the first digital model of the body part, while allowing the digital model of the sports article to stretch digitally and (e) digitally modifying at least one property of the digital model of the sports article based on the first digital model of the body part and the digital model of the sports article.

HEADPIECE
A present disclosure provides a headpiece that includes a water-resistant covering for covering the user's haft and a band for encircling the user's head. The headpiece further includes an opening between the band and the water-resistant covering for accommodating hair. The opening can be enclosed with a tightening mechanism. This allows the user to adjust the band around the hairline independently from the step of securing hair under the water-resistant covering.
Head Hair Covering Device And Methods Of Use
A head hair covering device for covering a user's hair includes a shell, which is resiliently flexible and in which an opening is positioned. A band, which is resiliently stretchable, is attached to the shell and extends circumferentially around a perimeter of the opening. The band can be stretched to allow for partial insertion of a user's head, whereupon the band rebounds to engage the shell to the user's head. The perimeter of the shell is substantially aligned with a hairline of a scalp of the user and he shell covers hair on the scalp. Each strap of a pair of straps is attached to the perimeter on a respective opposed side of the shell, thereby defining a loop. The loop can be positioned around a respective ear of the user to secure the shell to the head of the user, with the ears of the user being exposed.
