The inner strap is configured to be movable within the outer strap, and the first cable is configured to draw the inner strap closer to the first edge portion of the dome and the second cable is configured to draw the outer strap closer to the second edge portion of the dome.

The main portion further includes a first Velcro strip and a second Velcro strip configured to be in engagement with each other. When the first Velcro strip is engaged with the second Velcro strip, the opening is in the covered state thereof, and when the first Velcro strip is dis-engaged with the second Velcro strip, the opening is in the exposed state thereof.
