Adjustable hat with removable adjustment straps
An adjustable hat has a first attachment member and a strap connection member that cooperate to allow a strap to be easily connected and removed from the adjustable hat. The two elements may also be reversed with regard to construction and attachment to parts of the hat. The two members can be disengaged from one another without having to access them in the space formed by the hat and the band.
HEADWEAR WITH A SET OF HAIR PORTS
The present technology relates generally to headwear, and more particularly to, headwear (e.g., a hat) including a set of hair ports. One hat includes a first portion, a second portion, and a set of straps coupling the first portion and the second portion. Here, the set of straps, the first portion, and the second portion create a set of ports located at a rear portion of the hat that extends from a crown of the hat to a bottom of the hat. Further, at least one port in the set of ports includes a size that allows the hair of a person wearing the hat to be placed there through.
Shower cap with wide band
A bathing cap/shower cap with a wide band that helps prevent shift and elastic creases in the forehead, and that, without tucking, lifts the hair up and above the hairline and completely off of the face and neck and toward the top of the head where it is protected by a sturdy waterproof material sealed with a snap, cuff, and fasten system that includes magnetic snaps and hook and loop fastening tape.
FLEXIBLE INTERLOCKING CLOSURE
An apparatus includes a first portion and a second portion. The first portion generally comprises a channel feature. The second portion generally comprises a rib feature. The rib feature is generally configured to fit within the channel feature.
INTELLIGENT LABORATORY LOCKBOX SYSTEM
Systems and methods provide for an intelligent laboratory lockbox. The intelligent laboratory lockbox includes a vault unit and one or more presence sensors configured to detect a presence of a specimen within the one or more compartments of the vault unit. The presence sensor(s) may generate a load status based on sensing a specimen in the vault unit, wherein the load status includes one of a loaded status or an unloaded status. A control unit is operably connected to at least the vault unit and the one or more presence sensors. The control unit is configured to modify a specimen pickup workflow based on the load status.
Self-Sizing Cap
A self-sizing baseball cap has a visor, a crown, and a hem around the bottom edge of the crown. Within the hem is an elastic band stitched in place, while a slidable woven band is separately stitched to the elastic band. The elastic bands are anchored within the hem that are then stitched to the woven band in order to secure the woven band to the baseball cap. The woven band extends outside the hem across the bottom of a semicircular opening on the back of the crown. The woven band's ability to slide allows the opening to deform in order to allow the cap to accommodate the shape and size of the wearer's head. The elastic bands hold the cap snugly against the wearer's head when in place. Thus, the cap automatically resizes to fit the wearer's head.
Headwear with deployable protective material
Headwear comprising a common baseball cap with an additional section of material permanently attached to the rear of the baseball cap. In a preferred embodiment, the section of material may either be tucked into and concealed under the baseball cap or selectively deployed over the head, ears, and neck of the wearer. The deployable protective material includes an elastic outer edge to ensure a secure fit around the wearer's head, ears, and neck. The securely fitted material provides protection to the wearer's head, ears, and neck from uncomfortably cool, hot, and/or wet climatic conditions and from uncomfortable, unfavorable, or otherwise personally damaging surrounding conditions to which the wearer may be exposed. Additionally, the sewing method for attaching the selectively deployable material to the baseball cap provides a comfortable fit and feel to the wearer whether the material is concealed under the cap or deployed from the rear of the cap.
Headwear with a set of hair ports
Hats including hair ports are disclosed herein. One hat includes a first portion, a second portion, and a set of bands coupling the first portion and the second portion. Here, the set of bands, the first portion, and the second portion create a set of ports located at a rear portion of the hat. Further, at least one port in the set of ports includes a size that allows the hair of a person wearing the hat to be placed there through.
