The present teachings are directed a rain bonnet comprising a back panel having a length so that it is adapted to extend below the shoulders and onto the back of a user, a first side panel adapted to extend down the side of a user's head, a second side panel opposite the first side panel adapted to extend down the side of a user's head, and a top panel connecting the first and second side panels to one another and to the back panel.

A cap for accommodating objects in an imperceptible manner, having elements in common with the sport-type caps, namely a visor, a body formed by a front panel and one or more rear and lateral panels, and a hatband. The cap has a pocket inside, formed by one or more internal panels, having a pocket opening, and a flap is positioned on top of the internal panels, in order to cover the pocket opening. In addition, the flap has a small sub-pocket sewn into the internal side. The space inside the pocket is delimited by the visor, the front panel, the internal panels and the hatband. In this way, the pocket can store, inter alia, spectacles, keys, cigarettes and lighters, while the sub-pocket can store, inter alia, coins, notes and cards.

A garment includes a hood portion and a sleeve portion detachably engaged at its proximal end with the hood portion, e.g., by snaps. Each sleeve of the sleeve portion has a hand pocket at its distal end that a person wearing the garment can insert her hands into when the sleeve portion is attached to the hood portion. Also, each sleeve portion at its proximal end is open so that when detached from the hood portion, a person can place her arms into the sleeve portion.

Implementations of a headwear are provided. In some implementations, a headwear comprising a hood portion, a right shoulder portion, a left shoulder portion, a right handle, a left handle, and a back portion. In some implementations, the right handle and left handle are elongated pieces of material that extend from the front portion of the right shoulder portion and left should portion, respectively, downwardly toward a wearer's waist when the hood portion is placed on the wearer's head. In some implementations, the back portion of the headwear extends from the back portion of the hood portion, right shoulder portion, and left shoulder portion downwardly toward a wearer's waist when the hood portion is placed on the wearer's head.

A neck flap cover with integrated pocket constructed for appending to hats with a headband. A hat with a headband constructed with a neck flap cover and integrated pocket strategically affixed to the rear portion of the headband of a hat. The flap cover includes a pocket designed for retaining a flat article of wearers' choice. The flap cover includes a support layer of fabric, of one or more layers, an intermediate layer of fabric, and a pocket layer of fabric. The flap cover declines from the centralized rear portion of the headband, traverses between the ears of a wearer, descends the neck longitudinally and is designed to fall above the collar bone of the wearer.

The UV radiation-blocking sports hat is an apparatus that shields the face and the head of a user from sun exposure. The apparatus includes a hat, a panel, a pocket, and a tinted shield. The hat protects the upper portion of the head from sun exposure. The panel protects the bottom portion of the head and the back of the neck of the user. The pocket contains a cooling pack in order too cool down the environment within the present invention. The tinted shield protects the face of the user while allowing the user to view the surrounding environment. The tinted shield is preferably made of polycarbonate material that is anti-scratch, anti-glare, and anti-fog. The apparatus may further include a plurality of ventilation slots in order to facilitate air flow for the environment within the present invention.

Embodiments are disclosed for headwear including an eyewear retaining pocket. For example, the headwear may include a headwear body and one or more slits disposed on a side panel of the crown, each slit providing access to a pocket formed in the side panel of the crown, the pocket including one or more strips of a retaining material coupled to an inner surface of the pocket.

A head cover that can be worn by health care professionals is provided. The head cover includes a surgical cap portion and a bouffant cap portion. The surgical cap portion includes a top surface and a side panel secured to the top surface via a seam. Further, the bouffant cap portion is secured to a rear portion of the side panel, where the bouffant cap portion is maintained against the rear portion of the side panel in an undeployed state and is deployable from the rear portion of the side panel to contain a wearer's hair. As such, the head cover enables a wearer to secure his or her hair inside the bouffant cap as needed, yet bouffant cap portion does not cover the wearer's entire head, which minimizes the amount of heat that is trapped within the head cover and increases the level of comfort for the wearer.

A hat cooling system is disclosed. The hat includes a head portion that is couplable to a user's head. The hat also includes a brim coupled to the head portion and a stowage compartment formed atop the head portion. A battery pack is stowed in the stowage compartment and has an output port. At least two electrical fans are coupled to the brim of the hat. A power wire is coupled to the battery pack by an electrical connector, the power wire has a parallel circuit junction forming two output wires each of the two wires having an electrical connector that is coupled to one of the two fans.
