ATTACHMENT FOR CAPS
An attachment for mounting on straps extending between a rear opening of a cap. The attachment comprises a first panel having an outer and inner surface, a connector, and a second panel having an outer and inner surface. The panels are spaced such that the first and second panels face each other and are substantially parallel to each other. The connector connects the first panel and the second panel at the top edge of the first panel and defines a gap between the panels. The gap is sufficient to permit the strap or straps to nest within, such that when the strap or straps are nested, the first and second panels lie on opposite sides of the strap or straps. The outer surfaces of the panels display advertising indicia or decoration and have a cushioned area. The attachment may include a clip for holding at least a portion of the strap(s) against the first panel.

Method and apparatus for providing transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) to a patient
Apparatus for applying Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) to a patient, the apparatus including a head mount for disposition on the head of a patient; and a plurality of magnet assemblies for releasable mounting on the head mount, wherein each of the magnet assemblies includes a magnet for selectively providing a rapidly changing magnetic field capable of inducing weak electric currents in the brain of a patient so as to modify the natural electrical activity of the brain of the patient; wherein the number of magnet assemblies mounted on the head mount, their individual positioning on the head mount, and their selective provision of a rapidly changing magnetic field is selected so as to allow the spatial, strength and temporal characteristics of the magnetic field to be custom tailored for each patient, whereby to provide patient-specific TMS therapy, to assist in diagnosis or to map out brain function in neuroscience research.

Head-mounted physiological signal monitoring system, devices and methods
Eyewear apparatus includes dry electrophysiological electrodes and, optionally, other physiological and/or environmental sensors to measure signals such as EOG and ECG from the head of a subject. Methods of use of such apparatus to provide fitness, health, or other measured or derived, estimated, or predicted metrics are also disclosed.
Rear-facing head-worn video surveillance system
An apparatus to facilitate surveillance is disclosed. The apparatus includes a head-worn article, including an opening in the rear the article, a video camera mounted inside of the article, having a lens positioned at the opening to capture video data from the rear of the article and a transceiver to wirelessly transmit the video data to a remote device and receive wireless signals from the remote device to control operation of the video camera.

Brim shade and hinge
A brim shade has a shade element, a clip, and a hinge that joins the shade element and the clip to make the brim shade. The shade element and the hinge combine to create a shade that does not allow the light to get past the brim shade. The brim shade can be adjusted through 360 degree rotation and along the side of a hat to provide protection to the wearer.
Wearable Temperature Indicator
A wearable indicator device includes: a flexible sheet having a first surface with an adhesive covering at least a portion of the first surface and a second surface configured to be positioned proximate to skin of a wearer of the wearable indicator device; and a visual temperature indicator. The visual temperature indicator is configured to be visible to bystander(s) when the wearable indicator device is being worn and changes in appearance when exposed to a temperature corresponding to a temperature exceeding a normal body temperature of the wearer to provide a visual indication when the wearer has an abnormal body temperature. The visual temperature indicator is connected to, embedded in, or integral with the flexible sheet, such that the flexible sheet is configured to hold the visual temperature indicator proximate to the skin of the wearer.
PERSONAL SANITIZING DEVICE
A personal sanitizing device includes an eyewear frame and one or more UV-C sources attached to a lower edge of the eyewear frame for directing UV-C energy in a downward direction from the eyewear frame. The one or more UV-C sources are configured for sanitizing air in proximity of a mouth and/or a nose of a wearer of the personal sanitizing device. The personal sanitizing device also includes a battery configured for powering the one or more UV-C sources.
