HOOD, GLASSES HOLDER FOR HOOD, AND OUTERWEAR
The hoods of conventional hooded outerwear lack sufficient functions pertaining to getting the hood slip off and getting the eye area wet by wind and rain from the front when riding a bicycle in rain.
