Phosphor plate and method for manufacturing the same

The present invention relates to a phosphor plate comprising: a base plate; and phosphor included in the base plate, and provides a phosphor plate and a method for manufacturing the same, wherein one side of the phosphor plate comprises: a protrusion part formed by protrusion of the phosphor fixed to the base plate; and a recess part formed by separation of the phosphor from the base plate, the protrusion part being 20 to 70% with respect to the area of one side of the phosphor plate.

Artificial glass surface

The invention relates to the technical field of artificial stone surfaces, in particular to an artificial glass surface, which is made from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 0-30 parts of a quartz material, 40-70 parts of a glass material, 5-15 parts of a modified silicone resin, 8-15 parts of an unsaturated polyester resin, and 5-14 parts of additional raw materials. The artificial glass surface employs recycled glass material as its main stone source, which contributes the conservation of mineral resources, and reduces production costs; the product is of higher quality.

A problem to be solved by the present invention is that there is no method for forming a dense structure on a porous structure at low cost. In addition, another object is to provide a high quality and inexpensive structure of a brittle material and a laminate thereof as an intermediate layer for facilitating formation of a dense structure on a porous structure. A structure is provided having a brittle particle assembly having a plurality of brittle particles, wherein the brittle particle assemblies are arranged adjacently to each other, and the brittle particles having a brittle material region in the periphery are crosslinked (connected) by the brittle material region to bond the brittle particles to each other, and thereby form a brittle material crosslinked structure region preventing the mobility of the brittle particles.

Antimicrobial phase-separable glass/polymer articles and methods for making the same

An antimicrobial article that includes: an antimicrobial composite region that includes a matrix comprising a polymeric material, and a first plurality of particles within the matrix. The particles include a phase-separable glass with a copper-containing antimicrobial agent. The antimicrobial composite region can be a film containing the first plurality of particles that is subsequently laminated to a bulk element. The first plurality of particles can also be pressed into the film or a bulk element to define an antimicrobial composite region. An exposed surface portion of the antimicrobial composite region can exhibit at least a log 2 reduction in a concentration of at least one of Staphylococcus aureus, Enterobacter aerogenes, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria under a Modified EPA Copper Test Protocol.
