NETWORKED PEST CONTROL SYSTEM
A pest control device system includes a plurality of pest control devices and a data collector. The system may further include the data collector in the form of a gateway that is connected to a data management server via a computer network along with other gateways in corresponding pest control device groups. Each pest control device includes a pest sensor and a wireless communication circuit to transmit information from the corresponding sensor. The devices also configure to define a local wireless communication network that can relay the information from one to the next and ultimately to the data collector.
Selective Access System For A Feeder
A selective access system for permitting selective access to ingestible matter disposed within a feeder, and methods of making and using such a selective access system, whereby the selective access system includes a cover having opposing cover first and second ends, the cover first end configured to rotatably couple to the feeder to allow the cover to rotate about a rotation axis between a first position and a second position. In the first position, the cover overlays a feeder opening in which the ingestible matter is disposed. In the second position, the cover disposes away from the feeder opening to permit access to the ingestible matter. The selective access system further includes a force generator coupled to the cover, wherein the force generator generates a pre-selected force amount which when unopposed, provides the first position of the cover.
IN-GROUND BARRIER FOR BLOCKING INSECTS AND RODENTS FOD ACCESS TO RUNWAYS
The in-ground barrier for blocking insects and rodents FOD access to runways has a main trough or body having a bottom part and two parallel upright and opposing walls, an inclined board mounted, so as to be pivotable with respect to the outer upright wall and a lid pivotably mounted at the opposite upright or inner wall. Rodents and insects slide on the inclined board and will fall in the trough and are not able to crawl back, so as to escape or pass across the barrier, thereby being blocked from the runway.
Bait rack
A bait rack is provided. The bait rack includes a bait support portion defining an open-topped bait pocket and an access aperture configured to provide access to the bait pocket from below the bait support portion. The bait rack includes a base configured to support the bait support portion above a work surface.
Mounting system for animal traps and bait
A trap-holding bracket and system for holding both conibear style body-gripping traps and leghold type traps, and for holding bait in position relative to such traps.
Tamper-resistant rodent bait station
A pre-baited consumer bait station for rodents which is gnaw resistant and has other design features to make the bait station resistant to rodenticide access by children, dogs, other pets, domestic animals, and nontarget wildlife. An injection molded translucent cover is permanently locked to a base about the cover's edges and center by elastic actuated hooks which engage receptacles on the base. The cover forms a labyrinth joint with a peripheral wall of the base. Double walls on exterior portions of the peripheral wall strengthen the walls where they form part of a closely confining bait receptacle which surrounds a bait block on portions of all sides. Circuitous internal passageways limit access to the bait. An interior wall extends to support the cover center.
MOUNTING SYSTEM FOR ANIMAL TRAPS AND BAIT
A trap-holding bracket and system for holding both conibear style body-gripping traps and leghold type traps, and for holding bait in position relative to such traps.
ELEVATED BAIT STATION
Aspects of the present disclosure provide an apparatus. For example, the apparatus can include a housing for a bottle with a nozzle to be placed therein, a viewing window installed on the housing, allowing a user to observe a fluid level of a liquid contained in the bottle, one or more screw holes form on the housing, allowing screws to be screwed thereinto to attach the housing to a hook, and a catch basin configured to be placed under the bottle to capture drips or spills while a rodent drinks from the nozzle of the bottle.
PRESENCE INDICATOR MECHANISM FOR RODENT TRAP
Pest-management apparatuses and related methods. At least some of the present pest-management apparatuses comprise: an elongated resilient indicator having a first body component configured to be coupled to a capture element of a pest-capture device, the first body component having a proximal end and a connector end; and a second body component configured to be coupled to the first body component, the second body component having a receptacle end and a distal end, the receptacle end configured to be coupled to the connector end of the first body component.
