Disclosed is an incinerator fly-ash pelletization method that concentratively arranges incinerated garbage fly ash inside a supporting member, and uses upper and lower molding members that are respectively provided with upper and lower pressing forces of different magnitudes to press and mold the incinerated garbage fly ash into a fly-ash pellet having a rounded projection portion on each of upper and lower surfaces thereof for reuse in a subsequent stage. The rounded projection portion functions to separate multiple fly-ash pellets that are stacked together to facilitate complete combustion, so as to effectively reduce environmental pollution and realize the purposes of recycling and reusing waste resources and improving economic values. The apparatus includes an apparatus chassis, and upper and lower hydraulic cylinders are arranged in the apparatus chassis to respectively connect to the upper and lower molding members that are each provided, at a central portion, with an arc-form shallow trough.

For example, there is provided a method of making a preconditioned absorptive resin aggregate, the method including: obtaining a supply of granulated mixed plastic waste treated with a preconditioning agent that comprises at least one of calcium oxide and calcium hydroxide; mixing the supply of granulated mixed plastic waste treated with the calcium oxide preconditioning agent with one or more additives to form a plastic waste mixture, the one or more additives comprising pozzolans; hot extruding the plastic waste mixture to form an extruded product comprising waste plastic material; cooling the extruded product; and processing the extruded product to form an aggregate. Products incorporating such aggregates, such as, for example, lightweight construction blocks, are also provided. Also provided are methods of forming a waste plastics feedstock.

Roofing granules comprising agglomerated inorganic material, and building materials, such as shingles, that include such roofing granules. By fabricating roofing granules from agglomerating inorganic material it is possible to tailor the particle size distribution so as to provide optimal shingle surface coverage, thus reducing shingle weight and usage of raw materials. The present invention relates to method for producing construction aggregate, comprising the steps of: (i) preparing materials, which comprises (% by weight): fly ash (80 to 99.75%); alkaline activator (0.25 to 20%); water (6 to 30% of total weight of fly ash and alkaline activator); (ii) mixing the alkaline activator with all the aforementioned water amount to create alkaline activator solution, after which will be mixed with fly ash to create geopolymer mortar; (iii) molding the geopolymer mortar with the compressive force of 2 MPa and more with desired dimension, wherein the molding is carried out with hydraulic pressing, extrusion, rolling or tablet lamination. (iv) solidifying; and (v) optionally, crushing the construction aggregate obtained above to a predefined dimension. Besides, the present invention relates to the construction aggregate from fly ash obtained by the above mentioned method.
