Process for manufacturing liquid and solid organic fertilizer from animal waste
Processes for manufacturing organic fertilizer products, such as liquid and solid organic fertilizer, from animal manure are disclosed, together with the fertilizer products produced therefrom.
Nutrient rich compositions
This invention relates to processes and systems for converting fresh food waste into nutrient rich hydrolysates and particulate compositions. The invention also relates to the hydrolysates and compositions useful, for example, as fertilizers, feedstock or other nutrient supplements.
Method of processing organic waste
Wheat bran culture mix is used to inoculate organic waste and produce an inoculated waste material, where the wheat bran culture mix includes soil derived microbes. The inoculated waste material is shredded to produce shredded inoculated waste material which is fermented the shredded inoculated waste material for at least 7 days. Contents from the fermenter are then transferred into a dewatering device to produce dewatered contents which are then separated into soluble and suspended products.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING A FERTILISATION PRODUCT
A method of treating a digestate material, comprising the steps of obtaining an anaerobically produced digestate exerting pressure on the digestate to remove water from the digestate to form a low-water digestate and including the further step of filtering the low-water digestate filtered through a filtration means.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR COMPOSTING AN ARTICLE OF FOOTWEAR
A method and system for composting shoes allows shoes to be degraded alongside the composting of compostable material during operation of a single composting vessel. The system includes one or more containers that separate the shoes from the compostable material during operation of the composting vessel. The shoes are subject to multiple runs of the composting vessel. During each run of the composting vessel a new batch of compostable material is composted alongside the shoes.
Dual chamber disinfection system
A transport system can include a first chamber having a body that is configured to fully enclose a biodegradable container placed within the first chamber, the biodegradable container having food waste therein, and the biodegradable container being sealed from the ambient environment, and a disinfection system being configured to disinfect an object placed within the body. The transport system can include a second chamber having a composting system, the composting system being configured to begin to compost an object placed within the second chamber, and an enclosure that houses the first chamber and the second chamber. The first chamber, and the second chamber can be configured to be placed within a cargo space of a vehicle.
System and process for reducing PFAS and microplastics in biosolids using hydrodynamic cavitation and foam fractionation
A system for reducing particles from biosolids, comprising a storage tank for holding biosolids and an inlet pipe. The inlet pipe delivers biosolids from the storage tank to a screener and then to a percent solids meter. The percent solids meter measures the solid content in the biosolids and sends a signal to an electronic solenoid valve to control water content of the biosolids introduced to the system. A first venturi hydrodynamic cavitation to create vacuum bubbles in the biosolids. A mechanical hydrodynamic cavitation device operably connected to first venturi hydrodynamic cavitation, wherein the mechanical hydrodynamic cavitation device creates vacuum bubbles in the biosolids.
