COMPOSTING PROCESS
A compositing process including the steps of receiving manufactured products made of compostable materials, pulverizing the manufactured products to provide a coarse slurry including the pulverized manufactured products, autoclaving the coarse slurry in an autoclaving apparatus, mixing the autoclaved coarse slurry and organic matter to provide humus, and composting the humus in a composting apparatus to produce a compost.

Process For Manufacturing Liquid And Solid Organic Fertilizer From Animal Manure
Processes for manufacturing organic fertilizer products, such as liquid and solid organic fertilizer, from animal manure are disclosed, together with the fertilizer products produced therefrom.
NUTRIENT RICH BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE SOILS AND HORICULUTRE MEDIA WITH PREDETERMINED CHARACTERISTICS AND METHOD FOR MAKING
A process is disclosed for creating biologically active soil or horticulture media for growing plants, wherein a fibrous carbon source such as coconut coir in a predetermined particulate form is mixed with fertilizers and other biological nutrients, inoculated with a biologically active substance such as worm castings and then aged or cured in an oxygen rich aerobic process. After which additional nutrients can be added to tailor the aged media for a specific use. Various apparatus with which to conduct the aging process are also described. In a variation of the process used soil or horticulture media is recharged by first composting at a high temperature to remove harmful and unwanted items, its contents are evaluated, nutrients are added, and it is then aged in an aerobic process.
Biochars for use in composting
A method and system is provided for using biochar in composting environments to control temperature, moisture, acid and pH levels, odors and bacterial cultures. The method further includes treating the biochar prior to combining it with the compost to further control such parameters.
HOMOGENEOUS MICROORGANISM EXTRACT USING USEFUL AND FUNCTIONAL MICROORGANISMS AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
The present invention pertains to a homogeneous microorganism extract using useful and functional microorganisms and a method for producing the same, and particularly to: a homogeneous microorganism extract which is obtained by homogenizing and extracting a complex enzyme, various inducing substances and the like by using useful microorganisms and functional microorganisms that are isolated from soil for the purpose of soil improvement, crop growth and pest control; and a method for producing said homogeneous microorganism extract. The method is technically characterized by the following: the homogeneous microorganism extract using useful and functional microorganisms and the method for producing the same are characterized in that: microorganisms are homogenized with a complex enzyme (protein, sugars, fat, fiber, synthetic enzymes for acids and alkalis, and decomposition enzymes etc), primary metabolites, secondary metabolites, antibiotic substances, various active materials, and the like, which are produced through combination culture in which cultured useful microorganisms and functional microorganisms are made and cultured under a symbiotic relationship such that the useful microorganisms and functional microorganisms serve as a substrate and a raw material; then microorganism inducing substances, crop growth inducing substances, and pest resistance inducing substances are extracted from microorganism cells; and the resultant extract is sterilized and concentrated. Therefore, since said extract includes the complex enzyme, various inducing substances, and the like, the functions of soil improvement, crop growth and pest control are achieved. Accordingly, the present invention is advantageous in cost saving and income increase; advantageous in that the types and number of useful microorganisms can be increased by inducing sunflower bacteria that has been already settled, instead of settling the microorganisms on soil and crops as in conventional microorganism formulations; and advantageous in that the extract directly affects crops so that desired effects are relatively quickly expressed and microbial flora is improved.
Mineral Supplement Including Microbes to Promote Growth in Agriculture
A system and method for preparing a microbial supplement, and applying the supplement to plants, trees and other items to promote their growth. The supplement comprises seawater, including microbes that naturally exist in seawater. Seawater is harvested containing microbes in an inactive or dormant state. The seawater undergoes a filtration, mineralization and oxygenation process to reduce sodium chloride levels, to increase the levels of desirable minerals in the seawater and to oxygenate the seawater to keep the microbes alive, though in a dormant or inactive state. The microbes are maintained in an inactive or dormant state through the preparation process, but become active when the supplement is applied to plants or trees, thereby promoting agricultural growth.

Mine waste source for bio-mineral fertilizer to remineralize agricultural soil
Natural biomineral fertilizers for sustainable farming are produced in an environmentally sound manner from mine waste. Finely divided mine waste and process tailings serve as a novel source of rock powder for use as fertilizer. Mine waste and process tailings may be treated with non-toxic chemicals to selectively remove certain unwanted elements such as mercury. Solid and liquid fertilizers are also obtained by digesting mine waste and process tailings in combination with bio-waste plus selected bacteria under anaerobic conditions. Anaerobic digestion also generates methane gas for use as fuel for generating electricity or for process heating.
Process for manufacturing liquid and solid organic fertilizer from animal manure
Processes for manufacturing organic fertilizer products, such as liquid and solid organic fertilizer, from animal manure are disclosed, together with the fertilizer products produced therefrom.
