Fertilizer coating applied in the reduction of caking and moisture adsorption
An active chemistry capable of being combined with a carrier to produce a coating for fertilizer or other granular or compacted products, where the coating is capable of being applied at ambient temperature and is capable of reducing moisture adsorption and caking of the granular product. The active chemistry may be a functionalized polymer such as maleic anhydride/acid (from maleic anhydride), itaconic acid, diisobutylene, methacrylic acid, alkyl acrylates (i.e. butyl acrylate), hydroxyl ethyl methacrylate, 2-acrylamido-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid, 3-allyloxy-1,2-propanediol acrylic acid, acrylamide, or a combination thereof.

Biochar Suspended Solution
A method is provided for producing a biochar solution. The method comprises the steps of collecting biochar particles, dispersing the biochar particles in a liquid solution and adding a stabilizing agent to keep the biochar in flowable suspension. The stabilizing agent may be added to the liquid solution or to the biochar prior to placing the biochar in solution.

COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR TREATING UREA
The present disclosure provides a composition for treating urea particles under ambient atmospheric conditions, a method for treating urea particles with the composition and to a fertiliser treated with the composition. The composition functions to reduce moisture induced agglomeration of treated urea particles compared to moisture induced agglomeration of untreated urea particles. The composition includes a solvent and a mixture of a first and a second aliphatic compound, each compound respectively comprising a selected C.sub.8-C.sub.14 saturated straight chain hydrocarbon a selected C.sub.15-C.sub.19 saturated straight chain hydrocarbon.
SMART RELEASE NITROGEN-CONTAINING FERTILIZER GRANULES
There is provided a nitrogen fertilizer granule in which the nitrogen release can be timed and the nitrogen release rate can be controlled according to the needs of the plants to be fertilized. The smart release nitrogen-containing fertilizer granule comprises a nitrogen-containing fertilizer core; an organic functional layer covering the core, wherein the organic functional layer comprises at least one functional organic compound that is an enzyme inhibitor, a microbial suppressor, a phosphorus solubilizer, and/or a plant hormone; a controlled release layer covering the organic functional layer, wherein the controlled release layer comprises water-swellable copolymeric nanoparticles; and an anticaking layer covering the controlled release layer, wherein the anticaking layer comprises water-insoluble copolymeric nanoparticles.
