Support inserts can be used to support the arch area, the heel area, or both. Each of the removable parts can be interchanged with parts of the same type having different ergonomic characteristics. The user can change the parts of the orthotic to suit their needs. Further, the support inserts can be used apart from the rest of the system, with any insole configured to receive them.

The heel panel is positionable in a first position has the heel panel lying on a plane is coplanar with the sole. Additionally, the heel panel is positionable in a second position having the heel panel forming an angle with the sole. A pair of heels is provided and each of the heels has a height is different from each other. A respective one of the heels is removably coupled to the heel panel for selecting a height of the heel panel. In this way the sole and the heels can form either a high heel shoe or a flat shoe.

A shoe configured to adjust from a first configuration having a first height to a second configuration having a second height includes a sole. Sole includes a toebox, a shank, and a seat. The shank is rotatably connected to the toebox and the seat. The shoe also includes a heel assembly mounted to the seat. The heel assembly includes a collapsible exterior shell that adjusts the shoe between the first configuration and the second configuration, the first height of the first configuration being greater than the second height of the second configuration.

The present invention is retractable finned footwear comprising an outsole with retractable fins and a lever used to extend and retract the fins. One end of the fins is rotatably connected at back end of the outsole using fastener, while the other end is extended outside from front side of outsole. The fins can be secured at the bottom of the outsole, to facilitate the footwear suitable for walking on land. The fins can be extended from bottom of outsole by pulling the lever positioned at the back end of the outsole. The extended fins provide forward propulsive thrust to user wearing the footwear in water. After using in water, the lever can be pushed to align and secure the fins in line with the outsole. This facilitates the use of footwear both in water and land.

A fore distal fastener may be coupled to the fore sole, and an aft distal fastener may be coupled to the aft sole. The fore distal fastener may removably engage with the aft distal fastener to secure the device in the folded position.

The transmission module is configured to move the moving plate. The posts extend from the accommodation seat toward the ground. The spikes are fixed to the posts and extend out of the chamber. When the moving plate is in the first position, the spikes protrude out of the shoe plate relative to the ground. When the moving plate is moved to the second position, the push members push the shoe plate, and the spikes do not protrude out of the shoe plate.
