ARTICLES TO MANIPULATE THE TEMPERATURE OF BODY EXTREMITIES
Temperature of the extremities is a significant factor in temperature control of the body due to the presence of thermal receptors in the extremities. The brain uses signals from these thermal receptors as an indication of environmental conditions, and responds accordingly. Thermal monitoring of extremities and adjustment of extremity temperature are valuable in controlling body temperature, leading to a more optimum body temperature in an array of environmental conditions. Devices, such as a wearable article, and an apparatus to monitor the temperature of extremities, adjust the temperature of the extremities in response to the monitored temperature.
Between Toes Drying Slipper
A slipper for drying between the toes of the user. The slipper includes a fan and warming element to dry the foot. The fan blows through air channels in the foot bed to dry between the toes. Separators and contours on the slipper separate the toes of the user to allow air to blow on the skin between the toes, drying the skin. The slipper includes a power switch to active the slipper. The slipper includes a power supply.

APPAREL POWER SYSTEM AND METHOD OF USING THE SAME
An apparel power system and method of using such system is disclosed. The power system provides a source of electrical energy for electrically powered accessories attached or integrated to apparel worn by the user of a vehicle without requiring the use of wires and plugs connections between the user and the vehicle. The vehicle may be a snowmobile, ATV, UTV, motorcycle, watercraft and the like. The electrical power of the vehicle is transferred from the steering means such as a steering wheel or handlebars to a handwear such as a glove or mitt or a wearable adaptor. Holding of the steering means by the user creates a contact allowing electrical energy transfer from the steering means to the handwear which is subsequently transferred from the handwear to accessories attached or integrated to an item of clothing such as a coat using embedded wires or overlying connection to provide the apparel with the ability to power various accessories such as heated handwear, vest, pants and/or footwear, power visor, visibility lamps, cell phone, and the like.
HEATED BOOT COVER
A heated boot cover is disclosed. The heated boot cover comprises a layered material formed into an upper which is attached to a sole. The heated boot cover contains a layer of woven material having an electrically conductive yarn threaded throughout. The heating layer is disposed between a layer of fabric in the internal space of the boot cover and a thermal insulating layer. The outermost layer of material is a water resistant material. The boot cover has a fastener, such as a zipper, which has electrical connections so that the heating element of the boot cover can only be activated when the fastener is secured. The boot cover may have a transceiver which allows the operations of the boot cover to be controlled by a smart phone or other computerized device.
Smart shoe, smart device and method for switching functional areas
Provided are a smart shoe, a smart device and a method for switching functional area. The smart shoe includes a shoe body and a smart device provided on a surface of the shoe body. The smart device includes a processing unit, a locating unit, a communication unit, a solar energy receiving unit and a power supply unit. The locating unit is configured to acquire current position information of the smart shoe and send it to the processing unit. The processing unit sends the received position information to a user terminal or a remote server via the communication unit. The solar energy receiving unit is configured to receive solar energy and converting it into electrical energy which is transferred to the power supply unit. The power supply unit is connected with individual functional units of the smart device to supply the electrical energy to the smart device.
INTELLIGENT ACTIVE THERMAL HEATING SYSTEM FOR CLOTHING
Apparatus, systems, and methods are described for a heating system incorporated into a garment. An example garment includes: a heating element disposed proximate an internal surface of the garment; a temperature sensor configured to measure a temperature outside of the garment; a motion sensor configured to measure movement of the garment; and a controller configured to adjust power to the heating element based on signals received from the temperature sensor and the motion sensor.
Electrical Power Generation Footwear
A pneumatic energy conversion mechanism for use with footwear generates electricity from foot-strikes. The mechanism comprises: at least one air-chamber with an outlet disposed to be compressed on foot strikes and decompressed when the foot is lifted; a micro-electrical generator supported within a support air tube pneumatically connected with the at least one air-chamber's outlet, at its one end, while having its other end open; at least one unidirectional axial-flow micro-turbine, such as the wells turbine, having all its blades exposed to the airflow, thus providing a powerful torque the same micro-electrical generator.
