PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION OF TOCOLS & SQUALENE

The invention relates to a process for the preparation of tocols [tocopherols (T) and tocotrienols (T3)] and squalene from vegetable oil refining by-products like fatty acid distillates. It particularly relates to the process of preparation of tocopherols, tocotrienols and squalene without any degradation from the fatty acid distillates obtained during processing of oils from the palm.

A method for extraction of desirable comounds from cannabis provides for high-cannabinoid full spectrum (HCFSE) extractions, using CO.sub.2 at low temperature to extract the compounds in an extraction vessel. The CO.sub.2 with extracted compounds is transferred to a heated vessel which converts the CO.sub.2 to a gas, allowing the desired compounds to drop out and be removed.
