Shoe with sound and light device
A sound and light shoe includes a shoe body including a sole and a sound and light device located in the shoe body. The sound and light device includes a controlling box received in the sole, a sound and light member, and a battery located in the controlling box to supply power to the sound and light member. The sound and light member includes a controlling circuit received in the controlling box including a main PCB having a MPU, a first controlling circuit connected to the main PCB, and a second controlling circuit connected to the main PCB and the first controlling circuit, a light-emitting body connected to the controlling circuit, a first controlling switch connected to the main PCB, a sound-phonating body connected to the controlling circuit, a trigger switch connected to the main PCB, and a second controlling switch connected to the main PCB.
Shoe wear-out sensor, body-bar sensing system, unitless activity assessment and associated methods
A system assesses activity and displays a unitless activity value. A detector senses activity of a user. A processor reads sensed activity data from the detector. A display displays the unitless activity value. An enclosure houses the detector and the processor. The processor periodically reads the sensed activity data from the detector and processes the data to generate an activity number, the number being used to generate the unitless activity value based upon a maximum number and a display range.
APPLIANCE INTEGRAL AND ANCILLARY TO THE FUNCTION OF A FOOT APPAREL.
This invention describes a lace pinching appliance, to eliminate bow tie knotting which secures a foot apparel in place, and hosts a platform supporting a multi-function means of communication.
Shoe Pair with Position Indicator Assembly
A position indicator assembly, including first and second positioning units, is attached to a pair of shoes in positions which are spaced when the shoes are aligned together. Each positioning unit includes a first proximity switch element, at least one indicator, a battery and a second proximity switch element. The battery is electrically connected to the indicator when the first proximity switch element of one of the first and second position units is arranged a predetermined, spaced distance from the second proximity switch element of the other of the first and second positioning units in order to provide a visual and/or audible indication to a wearer that the pair of shoes are on the correct feet.
Footwear having sensor system
An article of footwear includes an upper member and a sole structure, with a sensor system connected to the sole structure. The sensor system includes a plurality of sensors that are configured for detecting forces exerted by a user's foot on the sensor. The sensor system also includes a port that is configured to receive a module to place the module in communication with the sensors. The port includes a housing with a chamber configured to receive the module and an interface engaged with the housing and having at least one electrical contact exposed to the chamber. Additional retaining structure and interface structure may be included.
Sound Producing Shoe Including Impact and Proximity Detectors
A pair of shoes that incorporates sound-reproducing equipment that is triggered by the detection of one or more conditions. One of the conditions is the impact of a shoe with the ground, such as when a user stomps the heel on the ground. Another condition is the proximity of a second shoe to a first shoe, such as when a user moves the left shoe of a pair close to the right shoe. The detection of an impact may be used to trigger the reproduction of any desired soundsuch as the chuff sound of a steam locomotive. The detection of the proximity of another shoe along with an impact may be used to trigger the reproduction of a different soundsuch as a steam whistle.
Intelligent electronic footwear and control logic for executing automated footwear features
Presented are intelligent electronic footwear with controller automated features, methods for making/using such footwear, and control systems for executing automated features of intelligent electronic footwear. An intelligent electronic shoe (IES) includes an upper that attaches to a user's foot, and a sole structure that is attached to the upper and supports thereon the user's foot. An alert system, which is mounted to the sole structure and/or upper, generates predetermined outputs in response to electronic command signals. The IES system also includes a wireless communications device that wirelessly communicates with a remote computing node, and a footwear controller that communicates with the wireless communications device and alert system. The footwear controller receives location data indicative of the user's and remote computing node's locations, determines whether the user's location is within a predetermined location/proximity to the node's location and, if so, transmits command signals to the alert system to notify the user/vehicle.
