The present invention relates to a wearable protection device (1) comprising a modular frame (3) with at least two shaped members (4A, 4B, 4C) and hinge means (9) for hinging the shaped members (4A, 4B, 4C) therebetween at corresponding hinging points (5) and around respective rotation axes (X). Each of said hinge means (9) comprises a pivot element (12) and a disc element (13) which are permanently coupled by riveting of the pivot element (12). After the riveting the pivot element (12) is flush with the disc element (13). The present invention also relates to a method of assembling said wearable protection device (1) and to a motorcycle boot (B) comprising said wearable protection device (1).
Polyurethane injected boot assembly and associated manufacturing method
A footwear assembly having an upper that comprises a neoprene sock with a foot portion integrally connected to a leg portion. The foot portion has heel, vamp and under-foot portions. The leg portion has front shin, side wall, and rear calf-side portions. The upper has a unitary, outer, injection molded layer molded directly onto the foot and shin portions of the neoprene sock, while the sidewall and rear calf-side portions remain substantially uncovered by the injection molded layer. The injection molded layer encases the foot portion of the neoprene sock. The injection molded layer on the shin portion defines a shin guard portion having a necked down area integrally connected to the injection molded layer at the vamp portion, wherein the shin guard extends upwardly from the necked-down portion in an outwardly diverging shape away from the vamp.
Motorcycle footwear sole
A motorcycle riding footwear sole comprising a projection suitable for engaging the underside of a motorcycle foot peg so as to prevent vertical movement of the sole relative to the foot peg, and characterized by further comprising a recess for receiving a brake or gear lever of a motorcycle.
A MULTI-LEVEL FOOTWEAR SOLE
Disclosed is a multi-level footwear sole including a lower section having a top side and a bottom side for contacting the ground; an upper section having a top side and a bottom side for interfacing with one or more components of a two-wheel vehicle; and one or more interconnection elements/sections for orienting and retaining the upper level in relation to the lower level, such that the upper and lower levels are positioned at substantially parallel planes, at least partially overlap, wherein the bottom side of the upper section faces the top side of the bottom section, forming therebetween one or more hollow chambers to accommodate/house the interfaced components of the two-wheel vehicle.
Motorcycle boot
Protective footwear, such as a motorcycle or motocross boot, can have a supple, leather boot feel. Disclosed footwear can have a hinged coupling between a foot engagement structure and a lower-leg engagement structure to promote anatomically correct flexion in a wearer's ankle. The lower-leg engagement portion can define a ledge having a lowermost face configured to abut and matingly urge against an uppermost face of a ledge of the foot engagement portion to limit an extent of pivoting of the hinged coupling. The hinged coupling, in some instances, can include a pair of opposed bushings, each defining an internal thread configured to matingly engage a corresponding outer thread on a stud. The stud can retain the lower-leg engagement portion and the foot engagement portion in a pivotable relationship to each other. The opposed bushings can be keyed to matingly engage either a lateral portion of the foot engagement portion or a medial portion of the foot engagement portion.

BOOT FOR A MOTORCYCLIST
A boot for a motorcyclist, including an upper portion integrally connected to an outsole, the upper portion having a leg portion and a foot portion integrally connected to each other by means of an ankle portion, the leg portion including a shin portion and a calf portion, and the foot portion having a heel portion and a vamp portion, and a curved coverture configured to cover an outer side of the leg portion of the boot, the curved coverture being shaped according to an airfoil and including a leading edge arranged in correspondence of the shin portion and a trailing edge arranged in correspondence of the calf portion.
FOOTWEAR WITH RETENTION SYSTEM
Footwear (1) with retention system (2) comprising an upper (4) delimiting an inner space; the retention system (2) is positioned at least partially in the inner space and comprises at least one constraint element (10A, 10B, 10C) designed to be positioned at the top instep area or at the side/heel area of the foot of the user, the at least one constraint element (10A, 10B, 10C) being designed to pass from a loose condition to a tightened condition and vice versa. The retention system (2) further comprises a cord (14) slidably coupled to the at least one constraint element (10A, 10B, 10C), tensioning means (22) connected to a first portion (15) of the cord (14) and designed to be handled by the user for pulling the cord (14) into a tensioned condition to bring the at least one constraint element (10) in the tightened condition and locking means (24) for locking the cord (14) in tensioned condition.
