An animal repelling device is disclosed that may include a first mounting bracket and a second mounting bracket, each of which includes an upper section and a lower section. The upper section may include a vertical tab, a notch formed in the vertical tab, and ribs coupled to opposing sides of the vertical tab. The lower section may include a foot coupled to a sidewall, the sidewall comprising a curved inner surface configured to mateably couple with a fence. A roller may be disposed between, be rotatably coupled to, and extend axially between, the first mounting bracket and the second mounting bracket, the roller comprising an aligner that biases the roller back to an initial at rest position. An attachment clip may be releasably coupled to the notch of the vertical tab.

A bird deterrent device is configured for use in common garden bird-feeders. A flexible vibrating tip is electrically connected to a power supply and a wireless receiver via electrical wiring. A remote transmitter is operable to send a signal to the wireless receiver. When the wireless receiver receives the signal, the vibrating tip produces a vibration to generate visual, auditory and structural vibrations in the associated feeder, thereby scaring away targeted undesirable birds.

According to the present disclosed waterfowl control device, there is provided an apparatus and system for repelling waterfowl including a powered annunciator for disposition about a body of water where waterfowl are present, a circuit board is disposed in the housing with a processor device coupled to a circuit board. The system may be self-contained or controlled by remote driver circuitry. The apparatus powered annunciator discourages waterfowl from remaining in the feeding area.

According to the present disclosed waterfowl control device, there is provided an apparatus and system for repelling waterfowl including a powered annunciator for disposition about a body of water where waterfowl are present, a circuit board is disposed in the housing with a processor device coupled to a circuit board. In an embodiment, an acoustic projector includes an acoustic transmit transducer capable of producing a sound pressure radiation in response to a driver signal received from a transmit source, an acoustic receive transducer capable of producing a source level signal in response to receiving at least a portion of the sound pressure radiation, and a controller configured to monitor the source level signal and report the source level signal monitored.

In an embodiment, an acoustic projector includes an acoustic transmit transducer capable of producing a sound pressure radiation in response to a driver signal received from a transmit source, an acoustic receive transducer capable of producing a source level signal in response to receiving at least a portion of the sound pressure radiation, and a controller configured to monitor the source level signal and report the source level signal monitored.

Most of the time, the disclosed plant husbandry and food preparation apparatus encloses a garden plant, such that the plant is protected on all sides from animals. It may comprise a planter in which the plant is grown, a cage that is attached to the lip of the planter, and a dome containing apertures, which is seated atop the cage. The seated dome may be opened, while the dome is still attached to the cage, allowing the gardener to harvest produce. The dome is also configured to be effortlessly detachable from the remainder of the apparatus, so that produce within it may be conveniently transported and rinsed. The dome may also be configured to serve as a strainer/steamer basket and as support for an auxiliary irrigation and/or animal deterrence system.
