Cleated Shoe Cover
The present disclosure provides a cleated shoe cover comprising a flexible shell forming an internal volume with a heel area and a ball and toe area, an opening for receiving a shoe, and having internal flexible, durable, tear-resistant cushioning members disposed on both the heel area and the ball and toe area. The heel area and ball and toe area are also supported by external support members. The cleats of a shoe will sink firmly into the internal tear-resistant cushioning members, gripping them in place to prevent horizontal movement within the shoe cover, while the external support members stop the flexible shell from also deforming around the cleats and thus provide the wearer with better balance.
Protective cover for cleated athletic shoes
A protective covering device for the bottom of an athletic shoe having cleats, spikes, studs, or other traction and stability-enhancing protrusions is disclosed. The covering protects against damageto both cleats and hard surfaces underfootwhile at the same time being aesthetically pleasing and durable, fitting the profile of the shoe, and being easy to use. The protective covering also helps to avoid grass, dirt, mud and other foreign objects becoming stuck in the cleats. The protective covering may attach to the shoe in a variety of manners, including by cage or teeth-like gripping mechanisms, by side grips, by elastic band, by drawstring, adhesion, vacuum, or another mechanism.
Mechanical lock sole structure for braided footwear
Present aspects are directed to a braided article of footwear comprising a mechanical lock structure. The braided upper comprises a tubular braided structure with a plurality of apertures. The midsole comprises a plurality of protruding studs that are configured to receive the plurality of apertures. The midsole receives the braided upper and the plurality of protruding studs extend below a bottom surface of the braided upper via the plurality of apertures, locking or securing the braided upper and midsole together, thereby creating a mechanical lock structure.
Composite materials, methods of making, methods of use, and articles incorporating the composite materials
The present disclosure provides for articles including a structure having one or more channels that allow water to contact a water-swellable material. Absorption of water by the water-swellable material causes the topography of the outward-facing surface of the structure to be altered, which can improve traction.
SHOE ACCESSORY TRACTION DEVICE
An apparatus can comprise a main body configured to cover a portion of a lower side of a shoe, a plurality of cleats extending from a lower side of the main body, and at least one strap coupled to the main body and configured to extend over a shoe.
Cleat-Saver
The Cleat-Saver is a sports shoe that covers the cleats of an athletic shoe. The shoe can be worn over baseball, football, golf, and soccer shoes. There are two fasteners that cover the top the shoe. Additionally, there is an area for the athlete's name on one of the fasteners. A third fastener covers the heel. The outside bottom of the shoe is a logo. The logo is a cleat within a circle.
ARTICLES INCLUDING COATED FIBERS AND METHODS OF MAKING COATED FIBERS AND ARTICLES
The present disclosure is directed to articles that include one or more coated fiber(s) (i.e., fiber(s) with a cured coating disposed thereon), where the coating includes a matrix of crosslinked polymers and optionally a colorant (e.g., pigment particles or dye or both). The cured coating is a product of crosslinking a coating composition including uncrosslinked polymers (e.g., a dispersion of uncrosslinked polymers in a carrier, wherein the uncrosslinked polymers are crosslinked to form the matrix of crosslinked polymers). The present disclosure is also directed to articles including the coated fibers, methods of forming the coated fibers and articles, and methods of making articles including the coated fibers.
Spike-Saver
The Spike-Saver shoe is a half shoe that covers the spikes of a track shoe. It is worn over the track shoe. There is an area for the athlete's name. Additionally, a fastener covers the top of the shoe. A second fastener covers the heel. The outside bottom of the shoe is a logo. The logo is a spike within a circle.
SOLE ELEMENT
This invention concerns a sole element for a cleated article of footwear, in particular for a football shoe. The sole element includes a composite element with an anisotropic bending property. The sole element further includes a polymer element, and the polymer element at least partially covers the composite element of the sole element.
Shoe cover for protecting cleats during active use
The present application provides for a shoe cover for protecting cleated shoes from contact with the ground while also allowing the wearer to run or engage in sporting activities while wearing the product, as well as kits that include the shoe cover and methods for the use and manufacturing of the shoe cover. A shoe cover as provided herein includes a sole, a first cover, a second cover, a first fastener, and a second fastener. Another shoe cover as provided herein includes a sole, a cover, and a fastener.
