A device is provided for locating a moving object or person in a space partially equipped with inductive surfaces. The device comprises magnetic detection means configured to detect the presence of the object or of the person on or close to an inductive surface, measure a heading angle by way of two simultaneous measurement points and generate dated reference heading angle data for the object or for the person; inertial detection means configured to generate estimated angular speed and acceleration data for the object or for the person; and calculation means coupled to the magnetic and inertial detection means, configured to combine the dated reference heading angle data with the estimated data in order to generated corrected position and orientation data for the object or for the person in the space.

A shoe with an interstitial (e.g., between the toes) support for the user's foot that provides improved stability to the user's foot. The internal toe-reliant support includes two to four posts that extend into the gaps between toes in the foot and are positioned proximate the vertices or posterior ends of the gaps. A modular shoe insole is disclosed. A footwear includes a base, a one-inch cushiony toe separator, and a strap. The base has a first end and a second end, and the one-inch cushiony toe separator is disposed proximate to the first end. The one-inch cushiony toe separator is adapted to dispose between a big toe of the foot and a second toe of the foot to facilitate a separation of the big toe from the second toe. Further, the one-inch cushiony toe separator includes a width of one inch. Moreover, the strap includes a lateral strap portion and a longitudinal strap portion extending from the lateral strap portion to the one-inch cushiony toe separator. The lateral strap portion and the longitudinal strap portion together are adapted to enclose at least a second bone of the big toe to facilitate an alignment of the second bone.

A shoe for massaging the inner side of hallux includes a sole, a vamp mounted on the sole, and an elastic correction band with both ends installed to the inner side of the vamp and the top of the sole respectively. The elastic correction band has a massage area on an outer surface of the hallux and massage bumps on the massage area. Both ends of the elastic correction band have a fixed part on the inner side of the vamp, and the fixed part at the lower end of the elastic correction band is installed to the top of the sole. The massage area of the elastic correction band can massage the trigeminal nerve acupoints on the inner side of the hallux to achieve the effect of relieving migraine. In addition, the elastic correction band can correct the hallux valgus and provide a certain buffering effect by its elasticity.

The present disclosure is directed to a toe box insert configured to provide support between a wearer's toes and the end of a footwear. An exemplary toe box insert comprises a compressible material. The compressible material can be characterized by a firmness, a flexibility, and a springback. The firmness can provide rigidity to the footwear even when a force is applied on the toe box insert by a wearer. The flexibility can cause the toe box insert to indent in response to a force applied on the toe box insert by the wearer. The springback can cause the toe box insert to return to an original shape after a force applied by a wearer ceases.
