FOOTWEAR INSERT ASSEMBLY
A footwear insert assembly including a pair of integrally formed full length footbeds adapted for insertion within an item of footwear and a heel insert adapted for insertion in the item of footwear beneath one of the full length footbeds of the pair of integrally formed full length footbeds such that the full length footbed and the heel insert cooperate with the footwear to raise a heel portion of the full length footbed. The pair of full length footbeds include a first contoured footbed having a contoured arch portion, the contoured arch portion of the first contoured footbed having a thickness providing a first degree of arch support, and a second contoured footbed comprising a second contoured footbed having a contoured arch portion, the contoured arch portion of the second contoured footbed having a thickness that is less than the thickness of the contoured arch portion of the first contoured footbed, the contoured arch portion of the second contoured footbed providing a second degree of arch support, wherein each of the first contoured footbed and the second contoured footbed is adapted for interchangeable insertion within an item of footwear to thereby produce a supportive feel when worn.
Sports shoe and method for the manufacture thereof
A shoe, in particular a running shoe, may include an upper and a sole unit. The upper is attached to the sole unit such that in a midfoot region there is a gap between a lower side of the upper and a top side of the sole unit. The gap may extend from a lateral side of the shoe to a medial side of the shoe.

System and method for forming custom insoles for use in footwear
Systems and methods for forming a custom fitted shoe insole. The method includes placing a shoe insole template plate proximate a heating element that heats the shoe insole template plate to a temperature sufficient to make it deformable. The method further includes placing the sufficiently heated shoe insole template plate onto a foam structure, placing a foot of a user on the heated shoe insole template plate, and applying foot pressure to the heated shoe insole template plate, causing it to deform to match a topology of the sole of the user's foot. The shoe insole template plate is then removed from the foam structure, cooled and hardened, and inserted into a shoe as the custom fitted shoe insole.

A METHOD AND A SYSTEM FOR OBTAINING FOOT ANALYSIS DATA
A method for obtaining foot analysis data for a manufacture of an insole, comprising: subjecting at least one foot of a person to a three-dimensional (3D) scanning apparatus (200); performing a first 3D scanning of a shape of the foot, wherein the person is standing in a straight position (202); performing a second 3D scanning of the shape of said foot, wherein the person provides excess pressure on the foot by squatting (204); and performing a third 3D scanning of the shape of said foot, wherein toes of the foot are lifted up (206).
AUTOMATIC INFLATION PUMP BLADDER SYSTEM
An article of footwear includes an upper and a sole coupled to the upper. The article of footwear includes an inflation system. The inflation system includes an inflatable bladder, a pump in fluid communication with the bladder, and a control circuitry operatively linked to the pump. The pump adjusts the air pressure of the inflatable bladder. The control circuitry receives a command signal from a remote device, and upon receipt of the command signal, the control circuitry transmits an actuation signal to the pump to adjust the air pressure of the inflatable bladder.

SOLE SUPPORT
A sole support constitutes at least a part of a support surface configured to support a sole. The sole support includes a high portion that constitutes a part of the support surface under at least a part of a distal phalange at a higher position than a part of the support surface under a proximal joint of a proximal phalange for each toe so that a proximal joint of the distal phalange is above the proximal joint of the proximal phalange in each toe.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING SHOE, SHOE, AND INDUCTION HEATING BONDING APPARATUS
Provided is a method for producing a shoe, the method including; arranging a first shoe member and a second shoe member to form an interface through direct contact therebetween, indirect contact with a bonding aid member interposed therebetween, or a combination of the direct contact and the indirect contact, and arranging a conductive material at a position at which the interface can be heated; and inductively heating the conductive material to add heat to the interface and thereby bond the first shoe member and the second shoe member to each other.
